Episode Summary: If you want to lose ten pounds, you don't ask someone who has never successfully managed their health. If you are struggling with your faith, you don't consult an atheist. So why are you taking hot financial tips on the golf course or from well-meaning family members who haven't built wealth?
In this sharp, unfiltered solo episode of the High Achieving Female Podcast, Victoria Woods, founder and CEO of ChapelWood Financial Services and the Financial District of Oklahoma, explains why your ears should only be open to proven credibility. Known across the airwaves for over 25 years as "The Financial Diva," Victoria shares her journey from a childhood of humble beginnings—babysitting six kids at age 12 just to afford lunch money—to managing elite wealth for millionaires.
Victoria drops her legendary closing signature rule: Don't take advice from broke people—physically, financially, or spiritually. She delivers a direct masterclass on how high-achieving women can guard their minds, audit their advisors, and fast-track their path to becoming aspiring millionaires by demanding true credibility from anyone they allow into their ecosystem.
Key Takeaways & Highlights: * The Birth of the Financial Diva: The accidental radio interview moment that labeled Victoria for life—and why a high reputation requires showing up with excellence every single day. * The Credibility Clock: Why your brain naturally tunes out a speaker or advisor if they don't lead with their track record, past history, and proof of concept. * The Three Pillars of "Broke": Unpacking why a lack of success isn't just about a bank account—it applies equally to physical health, emotional energy, and spiritual grounding. * Aspiring Millionaires vs. The Brother-in-Law Hack: Why high-achieving leaders must stop letting personal closeness dictate professional and strategic boundaries.

Episode Summary: What do you do when you arrive in America at 26 with zero connections, no safety net, and barely any English? If you are Jenny Zhu, you learn English alongside the toddler you nanny, study textiles at FIT, and go on to build a home decor empire generating over $100 million in revenue.
In this episode, host sits down with the phenomenal founder of Lush Decor, Jenny Zhu. Jenny's journey is the ultimate masterclass in raw grit and resilience. She opens up about growing up in a remote Chinese village with no electricity, learning the art of weaving from her grandmother, and how "starting from zero" became her greatest competitive advantage in business.
She also shares the dark, raw reality of her early founder years—including a devastating betrayal by a business partner that ended with her being escorted out of her own building by the police—and how she dug deep to reclaim her company, her identity, and her power. Now an author, philanthropist, and founder of the Dream Weaver's Foundation, Jenny explains why high-achieving women are "very good at looking strong while quietly drowning," and why finding the right community is the ultimate key to letting your dreams fly.
Key Takeaways & Highlights: * The Philosophy of the Broken Thread: The powerful lesson Jenny's grandmother taught her about weaving: "When the thread breaks, you tie the knot and you keep going." * Starting from Zero as a Competitive Advantage: Why not having money forces you to be creative, and how not speaking perfect English taught Jenny to become an expert listener. * Stepping into the Unknown at FIT: The audacious story of how Jenny applied to the Fashion Institute of Technology without knowing what a "portfolio" even meant—and got accepted. * The Darkest Chapter (Partner Betrayal): Jenny recounts the terrifying nightmare of being fired from her own business, escorted out by police, and threatened with deportation, and how she fought back in court to reclaim her power. * Beyond Financial Freedom: Why selling her business in 2018 felt surprisingly empty, and how writing her memoir, Dream Weaver (which debuted as a short film at the Venice Film Festival), became her ultimate healing process. * The Dream Weaver's Foundation: How a single woman's story sparked Jenny's escape from her village, and why she is dedicated to showing other women that a path out of their circumstances exists. * The 24-Hour Non-Negotiable Challenge: Why Jenny wants you to speak your loudest, most terrifying dream out loud to someone you trust in the next 24 hours.

Episode Summary: For a long time, your ability to solve every problem, step into every role, and figure out every bottleneck is exactly why your business grew. But there is a tipping point where being good at everything stops being your greatest strength and becomes your biggest financial liability.
In this eye-opening solo episode of the High Achieving Female Podcast, Dr. Leilani Felix-Acosta breaks down why 8 out of 10 profitable businesses that go to market fail to sell. The culprit? Owner-dependence. Dr. Leilani shares her proprietary Acquire, Maximize, Exit framework designed to transition high-achieving female founders from operational "heroes" into strategic "architects."
Whether you want to exit your company next year or run it for the next decade, Dr. Leilani delivers a masterclass on how to extract yourself from the center of your operations, build transferrable value, and create an asset that functions because of your vision—not your daily presence.
Key Takeaways & Highlights: * The Dependence Delusion: Why a business that routes every decision, exception, and issue back to the founder isn't a leadership success story—it's a bottleneck. * The Shocking 80% Stat: Why highly profitable companies fail to find buyers because the founder is the sole "decision engine" and "rainmaker." * The Acquire, Maximize, Exit Framework: A systematic approach to building repeatable, transferable, and predictable operations from day one. * The 30-Day Litmus Test: The exact diagnostic questions every high-achieving woman needs to ask herself to determine if she owns a true business or simply a highly demanding job.

Is the pursuit of "work-life balance" actually the thing keeping you exhausted? In this episode, Jacqueline Lerma, CEO of MindBridge Solutions and founder of a multi-disciplinary ABA center, deconstructs the "golden standard" of balance.
Jacqueline argues that the idea of giving equal time and energy to every area of life is not only unrealistic—it's a recipe for burnout. Shifting the conversation from balance to divine alignment, she explores how high-achieving women can lead unapologetically by honoring the specific season they are in. Whether you are in a season of aggressive growth or deep rest, this episode will help you release the guilt and embrace your calling.
Key Takeaways * The Balance Myth: Why the idea of "equal time and energy" is a lie that leads to overcompensation and guilt. * Managing the "Emotional Temperature": Acknowledging the invisible weight leaders carry for their teams, clients, and families. * Alignment over Balance: Shifting your focus to what aligns with your current capacity and calling. * The Power of Seasons: Understanding that leadership doesn't move in straight lines; some seasons require vision, while others require recalibration. * Success Redefined: Success isn't doing everything; it's saying "yes" without resentment and "no" without guilt.
Notable Quotes "Purpose was never meant to feel balanced; it was meant to feel divinely aligned."
"God didn't give you that vision by accident. He didn't place leadership in your life just to watch you shrink under guilt."

Episode Title: Podcast for Leverage: How to Shorten Your Sales Cycle & Scale Your Business Host: Trisha Stetzel Series: High Achieving Female Podcast (Powered by KNOW)
Episode Summary Is your podcast a business asset or just a "passion project" that adds more work to your plate? Trisha Stetzel, founder of Results Extreme Business Solutions, is here to shift your perspective. A podcast shouldn't just be about reach—it should be about leverage.
In this episode, Trisha breaks down how to stop chasing downloads and start driving decisions. She shares five critical pillars for designing a podcast that works for you long after you hit "stop" on the recording, helping you filter for the right clients and shorten your sales cycle before you even hop on a discovery call.
Key Takeaways * Reach vs. Results: Why one aligned decision-maker listening to your show is worth more than 1,000 passive downloads. * The "Job" of an Episode: How solo episodes handle objections and build authority, while guest episodes open doors for strategic referral pathways. * Consistency ≠ Volume: Trust is built through intentionality, not posting constantly. Learn how one strong episode can work for your business for months. * Shortening the Sales Cycle: How a podcast acts as a "pre-conversation" that resolves questions and filters for fit before you ever speak to a prospect. * Alignment over Noise: The hard lesson of measuring success by decisions made, rather than downloads counted.
The 5 Pillars of Podcasting for Growth 1. Be Specific: Scale your business by talking to the right person, not the most people. 2. Assign a Role: Every episode must have a clear job (authority building vs. relationship building). 3. Post Intentionally: Focus on reusable, high-purpose content over high-volume noise. 4. Drive Revenue: Use your show to remove friction from your sales process. 5. Seek Alignment: Ensure every recording supports real conversations and real growth.

Women make 80% of healthcare purchasing decisions and are 63% more successful in startups than their male counterparts—yet many female-led ventures stall not for lack of vision, but for lack of alignment. In this episode, health system strategist Lisa Marceau breaks down the architecture of a thriving business.
Lisa moves past the "imposter syndrome" narrative to celebrate female power and achievement. She introduces a rigorous four-part framework—Organizational Structure, Infrastructure, Financial Stewardship, and Market Knowledge—to help high-achieving women build companies that aren't just visionary, but investable, durable, and strategically sound.
Key Takeaways * The Power of the Numbers: Why companies with female CEOs are viewed as less risky and show stronger stock momentum. * Architecture vs. Rooms: Understanding organizational structure as the design of your "building" before you start decorating the rooms. * The "Boring" Essential: Why infrastructure (policies, NDAs, and documentation) is the plumbing that keeps your business from leaking and makes it legally protectable. * Owning the Budget: Why delegating your finances entirely means giving up your strategy. Lisa explains why "knowing the numbers" is a non-negotiable leadership skill. * The Infinity Loop of Market Knowledge: The critical difference between marketing and knowing your market through direct stakeholder engagement.
The Four Keystones of Success 1. Organizational Structure: Defining the purpose, function, and "doorways" of your team to prevent chaos. 2. Company Infrastructure: Formalizing agreements to commit assumptions to actions and protect your IP. 3. Financial Stewardship: Partnering with finance teams while maintaining ownership of the "how" and "why" of spending. 4. Market Knowledge: Identifying real stakeholders (not just personas) and listening to their lived experience.

Success often comes with a hidden tax: the post-win crash. In this episode, wellness expert and endurance athlete Crystal Hadnott explores "The Wall"—that moment of total depletion that hits high achievers not during the struggle, but right after the victory.
Drawing parallels between marathon running and corporate leadership, Crystal debunks the myth that burnout is a sign of weakness. Instead, she reveals it as a systemic fuel problem. If you've ever felt exhausted despite your achievements, this episode is your invitation to stop managing time and start protecting your capacity.
Key Takeaways * The Post-Win Wall: Why burnout often strikes after the deal is closed or the book is launched, rather than in the "messy middle." * Reframing Burnout: Understanding that hitting the wall isn't a character flaw—it's proof that your effort outpaced your preparation. * The "Eminem Culture" Trap: How the "one shot" mentality leads to peak performance without a plan for what comes after the shot is taken. * Rest vs. Repair: Why waiting until you collapse to take a break means you aren't actually resting; you're just fixing what's broken.
Three Shifts for Sustainable Peak Performance 1. Manage Fuel, Not Just Time: Identify what drains you and what restores you. Sustainable leadership is about protecting capacity, not just optimizing productivity. 2. Build Your Aid Stations: Create intentional interruptions in your schedule. If support systems aren't built before the crisis, they can't help you during one. 3. Recovery is Fuel, Not a Reward: Shift your mindset to see recovery as a requirement for performance, not a prize for over-exhaustion.

Episode Summary
A new episode is a great way to learn new practical lessons in today’s feature of life’s activity in the Know Women. This episode will hook us to the practicalities of a person’s life, in a wider, and in more disciplined one as we unravel the management of one’s time. We will be inspired and will have a greater outlook on the way we perceive our lives’ chores in a manner we manage our time. We will be brought to the bigger perspective of what is really the difference between busy and time in a way some people do not know about. Sometimes, we will be limited to not doing the things we really would want to commit to because this is basically not the lack of time, but the mismanagement of it. For this episode, we will unload the wrong notions about the time that could never have, not because we are busy, but because of the lack of right discipline to each one. To have this worthwhile discussion,
For this episode, we will have Sarah Mayer of Sarah Mayer Consulting. She discusses the principles of people on how to be more productive in all that we do while remaining less busy. What she elaborates here is the differences between busy and productive. Also, she extracts the idea of 'feeling of accomplishment’ where one person thinks he has done something only because of checking some of the ‘to-do-list where in fact, it is only one of the definitions of busy as it is a ‘chase’ of something is to be done. Furthermore, she reiterates here in this episode that being productive is like “moving the ball closer to the goal every single day” which means to be focused on one activity to get it done straight unlike the way busy life is being done. Setting goals is a necessary tool in the transition from a busy to a productive life. Having everything get addressed is possessing the ability to move close to the perceived and aimed goal in your day.

Episode Summary
Welcome back to another episode here on the Know Women. We will learn that no matter how disheartening your experiences in the past are, that would still become an access route to be successful in the present. Those downfalls that we hurdled and paved in the past will only become history that we have had that will put us on top today because of the perseverance and courage we made to it. Every process is going through a lot of challenges and is not easy, but it is not the challenges that matter, it is how one is able to bend and rise up again from that challenge of the season. We will get in touch and be inspired today by the humble beginnings of Amy Welberg.
Amy Welberg is the founder and CEO of Press Seltzer. The only female-owned standalone Press Seltzer. She is a Midwest girl at heart. Grew up in Minnesota. Went to school at Madison, u for advertising and marketing, a natural step right into the alcohol world. She had worked with a private company and worked on the internal side. She also engaged herself in business, being able to work at a global company, she dealt with logistics, in particular. She also proudly believes that what brought her here at this point is because of her love for her little people, her children, who are raised by herself alone as a solo parent. Moreover, she is able to do what she is doing because it is a part she wants to continue her endeavors, especially in creating new things.
