Detective Kate Hawk goes from fighting crime in the streets of Baltimore, to crimes in the Galaxy as an Inter-Galactic Defense Force Agent. It is a hard science based sci-fi adventure.
The first wave of arrivals lands in Flushing Meadows, while the Houston crew deals with set backs. On Cali, Bella shows her true colors as the pursuit of the Canberra continues.
The two teams are in place to stop the invasion of hackers. Meanwhile JoMac is making efforts against everyone's wishes to board the Canberra while Bella plays both sides.
Bella is playing both sides on Cali as the crew of the Mercury attempt to take back the Canberra. In Queens, Jocko and his team get into position at Flushing Meadows. In Houston, Richards team begin to move into place at the University of Houston.
Things are moving swiftly is Houston and Queens as the two teams scramble to figure out how to meet the demands of Scarlett. Meanwhile, on Cali, Doctor D is trying to put a crew together as JoMac struggles to get his ship back and Bella tries to free WiFi.
Both teams are making the final preparations to stop the electronic invasion by RAGE. The Cali crew is monitoring the Canberra and making their plans to recapture it.
Sam has drugged Hank and was able to gain valuable information on his and Louie's mission. Jaffra uncovers evidence in the Cali hospital while JoMac confronts one of his mutiny crew members.
Jaffra and crew hunt for JoMac's ship the Canberra while Kate and Lenora get cleared to go back to field work. In the meantime, Sam tries to get information from Hank on the Welcome Mat.
Scarlett is interrogated by Simon in Houston while Detective Jocko questions Leonard. Jaffra and his team spots the Canberra in Newmark but Barnes discovers a spy among them.
Jaffra's crew finds one on JoMac's crew and closes in on the Dr.; Jocko develops new evidence in Queens while Simon confronts Scarlett at STIP Headquarters.
Jaffra and his team split up in Newmark to search for JoMac's ship while they make their way to the hotel where they suspect Dr. "D" is hiding. Louie receives another cryptic phone call while Tracy develops a new suspect at the power plant.
Barnes and Jaffra gather info on the eastern town of Newmark, where they suspect the doctor is. Kelly and Nelson meet with Louie's landlord while Simon and Jamison meet with the Southwestern Regional STIP Transfer Point manager. It's all happening in episode 172 "East Bound and Down".
Nelson and Kelly plan to go to Louie's apartment; Simon and Jamison plantol visit the Southwest STIP Transfer Station while Tracy would be above them at the power plant. Barnes has received an interference signal and investigates at the hospital with Jaffra.
The Houston and Queens teams compare notes about Hank's latest cryptic message, while Sam dines with Hank to gather intel on his mission. Barnes finally arrives in Cali to formulate a plan to capture Doctor "D".

Sam goes on a solo mission to spy on Hank while Louie is tailed in Queens by Nelson and Kelly. Meanwhile, Lenora joins the ranks of the IDF.

Bella shows up on the Mercury on Cali, while Jaffra and Gabby deliver meds to the hospital. Hank establishes a routine on dining while Kelly gets ready for her first field assignment.
Gabby and Jaffra begin their delivery run to the old Cali Hospital while Nate gets an unexpected visitor from the past. Hank drops more clues in a call to Louie. Kelly prepares for her first field assignment.
Simon's crew is tracking Hank to the University Of Houston's Power Plant. Meanwhile The Mercury makes a white knuckle fog landing into Cali, only to fine JoMac's ship not there. Barnes meets with Pearman for some startling news.
The Mercury comes to the aid of a shuttle drifting in space on their way to Cali. Kate meets with Jake and O'Neal to discuss case with other plans for Barnes. Both teams track their Hongan suspects.
Jaffra and crew discover a floating shuttle on the other side of the Cali Portal with no signs of activity. Louie visits the Annapolis STIP and makes a call to Hank. Hank may have tipped his hand on potential targets.
Simon checks out targets in NW Houston while Barnes and Kate monitor Louis' trip home, going the wrong way. Meanwhile Jaffra's crew crosses the Cali Portal only to find a strange object ahead.
Jaffra,Tam,Gabby and Nate are headed to the resort moon Cali in pursuit of Doctor "D". Simon, Jameson and Sam are following the movements of Hank in Houston. In Baltimore, Kate, Barnes and Kelly track Louie to Hagerstown where Louie meets with an old foe in prison.
Hank is in NW Houston and has led his police tail into Bear Creek Park. Meanwhile, in Baltimore, Louie is headed west out of the city. On the BSS, Jaffra and his crew are laying out plans to head to the recreational moon Cali, in pursuit of Dr. "D".
Simon and crew are following their suspect Hank from Houston's Airport to North West Houston with Cpt. Richards. Meanwhile Barnes, Kate and Kelly are keeping tabs on Louie. The Mercury is en route to the BSS where they will await the arrival of Jaffra in his ship "Viper".
Simon, Jamison and Sam head to Houston to meet up with former S.S.S chief Captain Tracy Richards, now with Houston PD. Jaffra meets with the Controller for an assignment and Tam and Gabby work out a plan with Nate. Meanwhile, Barnes, Kate and Kelly meet Lenora.
Pearman summons Barnes, Kelly, Sam Lenore, Jamison and Simon to assemble two teams. Tam and Gabby officially join Jaffra as bounty hunters. Simon and Jamison and Nelson spy on Claire, who is meeting with the Hongans.

The VonLanger case has a breakthrough. In Johannesburg, Simon helps bring down Dmitri and solve the riddle of the relay. Nate is able to get to Titan Four in one piece. Lyster forces the Ulysses to land and he gets an unwelcomed shock.
Simon is a prisoner while the Mercury fights it's way through the portal. Kate is transported from alternate earth to continue her rehabilitation at the Mayo Clinic.
The Mercury departs on its mission; Simon has been kidnapped, A link to RAGE discovered by Nelson in the STIP bombing attempt, Horace to head to the Mayo to see Kate.
Kate prepares to move back to her Earth; The Mercury takes on the Marine Squad to seek out WiFi and Lyster musters his troops.
