In this episode, we speak with the co-founder of The Amani Institute, Roshan Paul. Raised in Bengaluru, he has built a career by connecting with global citizens to solve some of the world’s toughest problems. Having graduated during troubled times, he tells us how difficult it is to leave a high profile job in America and transition to social entrepreneurship, and some of his personal convictions that led him to the line of social impact work.

We talk about Amani’s journey to where it is now, and his vision for Amani for the next decade. While discussing work in the social impact space, he talks about why solving social problems is comparatively tougher than business problems, and how leadership training, and capacity building programs make a difference in organizations. In this episode of the NSoJ Tannoy Podcast, we speak with a woman who single handedly galvanized an army of volunteers across India and around the world with a mission to provide assistance to persons stranded and in need of help during the lockdown.
