In this Episode I get to chat with Kevin Pullin, known to most as KP!
KP runs the IronTri Swim squad based out of Penlan Leisure centre and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to swim training and racing IronMan events. It's amazing to chat about Kev's Triathlon history, his advice for anyone struggling with the swim element of Triathlon and also his memories of racing Ironman Wales.
Personally, KP helped me tremendously get across the finish line in 2018 and was instrumental in helping me progress from a 25m swimmer ( that was all I could do ) through to a 1:06 Ironman Wales swim, which to this day, still amazes me.
