As the saying goes, "It is better to have loved than to have never loved at all", but I prefer to say it like this, "It is better to have been loved than to have never been loved at all".
Life has a way of taking control, if we allow it. From work, bills, responsibilities, the seemingly endless pressures abound. Whether it's major life and/or career decisions or whether it's the simplest of pleasures, the excuses for not doing, becoming more and more ingrained as we go. Ever dampening the volume of our soul, as we continue to ignore the calls.
The topic of Mental Health, is a broad and expansive journey that I want to carefully and methodically cover in depth. Due to the immensity of various mental health topics, I will breakdown individual topics and focus on each one. Giving the respect deserved and attention required for each. If Mental Health is a topic that you are drawn to or more importantly can benefit from, keep an eye out for future blogs coming soon.
I have been inspired, by various topics that happen to cross my path on a daily basis. Yet I just haven't been able to sit down and put thoughts to paper.. Fortunately, for me, I have a great excuse for why not! The allure of blue skies, soft sandy beaches, and refreshing dips in the ocean to the beautiful cool air and pristine views of upcountry have distracted me immensely. What can I say..? I can't resist the temptation to live.
