Melbourne experienced a torrid time between 2008 - 2013 and one player who experienced it first hand was Cale Morton. Drafted with pick 4 in the 2007 AFL draft, he came with high expectations. However, a poor environment and culture would greet the young Perth kid. He had a promising first year, but the entire team suffered some of their heaviest defeat’s in the club’s history.
