Lyle Rapacki earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University and his Doctorate from Clayton College of Natural Medicine specializing in the treatment of psychological disorders with natural medicine. He enjoyed a 20-year private practice. Approximately one-half of his practice case-load was delegated to Behavioral Forensic Profiling and Threat Assessments, and he earned a Post-Doctorate Diplomate in Forensic Counseling. A former police officer, Dr. Rapacki assisted law enforcement from 1985 - 1991 regionally and nationally with intelligence analysis and investigations of deviant movement groups and taught at law enforcement academies nationwide. From 2000 to 2005, Dr. Rapacki taught in the Criminal Justice Department at Wayland Baptist University Phoenix campus. He briefly held the position of Director for the Public Safety Administration, Homeland Security and Crisis Management Programs at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2008.
Mr. Jim Stockstill is nationally recognized for being a subject-matter and security specialist in the area of maritime transportation systems; including, but not limited to: Inland waterways, ports, and the outer continental shelf. Jim serves on the Intelligence subcommittee of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Gulf of Mexico Areas Maritime Security Committee. Mr. Stockstill holds a Secret Clearance which allows him to receive Intelligence Briefings and Counterterrorism information in matters addressing potential threats to maritime domains in and contiguous with the United States. Mr. Stockstill graduated with Honors in Economics and Marketing along with receiving an MBA in International Finance. He has held prominent positions in civic organizations and the marketplace. He served as the District Chairman of the Republican Party for the State of Louisiana.

The Hammond family, of Oregon, was the victim of the same greedy and abusive government that the Bundy’s were fighting off. The Bundy’s attempt to bring national attention to the plight of the Hammonds turned out, for the Bundys, to be the fight of and for their lives. The federal government was willing and determined to kill them all but they only succeeded in murdering the beloved Robert LaVoy Finnicum. To this day Ryan bears in his arm one of the bullets that were meant to kill him and others. While the story of the Bundy’s coming to help bring attention to the Hammond family’s situation has many sad twists and turns it also has many victories as well. The most important victory is that the people of The United States of America did learn about the Hammonds; and, the people cared more than the federal government ever thought they would. The people demanded a presidential pardon for the Hammonds. In July of 2018 the people’s President, Donald Trump, pardoned the Hammonds.
