This is my first foray into mixing with Dolby Atmos. The piano (right hand) has each separate note in 3D space.*This is for my lovely niece, Zoe :)
No idea what inspired this. Maybe the thick layer of smoke hanging over Vancouver from our friends in Portland, San Fran and Seattle. A bit of a post apocalyptic / Blade Runner thing.
I wrote this very quickly. I was trying to paint a picture for a D&D session I was hosting. The characters are being held upside down in the air, inside spider cocoons. Throughout the dungeon you can hear the sounds of pain and despair wrought by the Drow Elves. Specifically the House Auvryndar. This piece was designed to create tension.

I've been mucking about with a few new string libraries and create an opening piece to a D&D campaign that some buddies and I are about to play. This is just a "study" piece.
I kinda went on a pilgrimage to learn the shepard tone and came up with this. I named it after Hans Zimmer's "The Mole" in Dunkirk.
