Social media impacts us all daily. A lot of us are constantly going through a lot of unnecessary stress and issues because we cannot figure out how to process most of the information we see online.
We need to figure out ways to utilize it for our benefits rather than it taking over our lives.

This episode I speak about school and how it has impacted me. I am sure a lot of us go through this. School a place to learn but unfortunately often times it pushes us to doubt ourselves and add on to our insecurities rather than helping us learn to tackle them in life to live with utmost happiness.
