Another benefit of breathing is the activation of your Lymphatic system, to reduce the risks of getting ill especially with the season of Autumn approaching.

The Theme this week and in the following weeks is to think of integrating the techniques and HOW you are moving in your daily life. Joseph Pilates said it was more important to focus on HOW you move rather than what you are doing. Working this way ensures you reduce the risk of injury. Remember your Mother’s words “ look where you are going😀👍”. Consider the techniques and how you are moving as “ exercise snacking”!
Exercise starts lying on your back on the bed and then we will roll to one side to sit on the edge of the bed.
