Big D Homeowner Advocate
Richard Barton
After growing up in Midland, Texas, Richard attended West Texas State University and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Construction Engineering. Richard acquired his real estate license in 1992 after spending years in the cellular communication industry as a project construction manager. Then, through his work in the oil and gas industry, he gained excellent knowledge in leasing and mineral rights negotiation through Gas Lease and Right-of-Way transactions.
At Webb-Barton & Associates, Richard enjoys solving real estate problems for clients. He is especially interested in working with investors to offer experience in how to effectively search for, finance and refurbish investment properties.
Richard enjoys being an active member of the Masons and of the Scottish Rite Temple. He is also an alumnus member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
