Navy Names Ship After Homosexual Pedophile

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Harvey Milk was a homosexual who enlisted in the Navy in the 1950s as a diving instructor. He soon received a dishonorable discharge for criminal sexual activity in a city park. He also had used his off-base apartment to seduce sailors passing through the base on their way to Korea. He then committed the statutory rape of a 16-year old boy who eventually threw himself off an 8-story building in despair after Milk dumped him. He became the first openly homosexual elected official in the U.S., where he was mainly noted for his enthusiastic support of Jim Jones, who got 900 people to drink lethal Kool-Aid in the jungles of South America. But the U.S. Navy, if you can believe it, is actually naming a ship in his honor. Harvey Milk’s name may belong in a Hall of Shame somewhere but does not belong on the side of a vessel in the United States Navy.
