What do you think about your Neighbor? Weird people? As a real estate broker, I've heard so many stories of good and bad neighbors to the point where I don't even know what is acceptable or not. So I came to the internet. We all want to live in harmony with our neighbors, but sometimes that's just not possible. We talk about the line that neighbors might cross, and what to think of issues as they are reported. We also discuss HOA's, Landlord-tenant disputes, and sprinkle in some real estate related news as well as anything else that the audience would like to talk about.
I am watching this deal where a buyer agent has never worked as a buyer agent before and it seems like they are just making error after error, prompting me to ask the question, Should you use a rookie real estate agent? One might be surprised by the conclusion.

Tuesday night show went great! We branched out a bit…a soil discussion was had 😉.
We learned live that my lawn is deficient in Nitrogen, Potassium, sulfur, and boron….quite the disappointment to be honest. Will endeavor to work harder. PH was right where I wanted it to be and I had worked on that as my goal for the season so that’s good.
