The Protagonist.
Their goal.
The antagonistic force.
Inciting incident (optional).
Tips:
Highlight the irony of the story.
Put the stories stakes into the logline.

Looking at a classic story, or story type, from a new angle.
Combining genres.
Think about what would happen if the protagonist of a movie died early on
The point of view of a villain.
Take classic stories and put them in a new time period.
Think about a story that takes place before, or after another movie.

Read news stories.
Think about your own life/your own problems
Build your story around a theme you want to explore
