Have you ever questioned the world around you only to find that everything didn't add up?
Being prepared for anything starts with an awareness of your surroundings and a sense for what those with authority don't want you to know.
You have a choice between sitting back and watching those in power pull the strings, or staying aware and informed to the changes they want to keep behind the curtain.
Stay attuned to the ways that your world is manipulated and take your power back.
Nothing to hide. Nothing to prove.
What are you keeping behind the scenes that you hope nobody finds out about you?

If you don't get ahead of the worst things about you, then you're putting your future at a liability.
If you can come out ahead of the truth to your friends, family, and ultimately your follows and fans, that truth is only going to support you.

If you accept and speak it, it will strengthen you.
The truth will truly set you free

In all my years of business, this is one mistake which has caused entire businesses to crumble. If you follow this one rule, you will see an increase in power, authority, and overall success.
What if I told you that you are being mind-controlled by those around you? Most people are walking around without even realizing that you're giving up control of your own thoughts and feelings and you're giving it to others.
After you listen to this episode you're never going to think of high intensity situations the same way. But you're also going to be entering into a journey that will last the rest of your life. You're learning the lesson today, but putting into practice is a lifelong practice that will change your life.
Why does the military do basic training?
It provides a fundamental and shared understanding of what it means to be successful, because many times, failure or even suboptimal performance can be the difference between life and death.
What if we took some of those lessons and applied them into our own lives? How would it change how we attacked each day and moved us closer to success?
The past few years, I've been living by one principle that has kept me and my entire team moving forward in a way that cuts through all the confusion and clouds that can obfuscate our vision in relationships.
It all boils down to this one, single question:
Am I an ASSET or a LIABILITY?
This is the question I must ask myself every day. Once I know where I stand, I must ask that same question about everyone around me. The more liabilities you have in your life, the more likely you are to watch your life crumble around you without a moment's notice.
Listen to this episode to learn more about what that means for your own life, how to be sure you're an asset, and to surround yourself with as many assets as possible.
Have you ever seen someone react in a way you felt was unwarranted? Do you find yourself questioning how the idea of masculinity has changed?
What are the responsibilities of men in society? How should people act when under attack, verbal or otherwise? Being a man involves more restraint than many seem to think.
Is it ever justified to use force against another person? The power to do so comes with a responsibility that goes deeper than you may think.
Listen along to learn how society has changed masculinity and what can be done about it.
Do your emotions get in the way of your goals? Do you find yourself reacting negatively to stress and pressure?
What does it look like to be mature in a world driven and charged by emotion? Bringing your best self to difficult situations takes a full understanding of your own emotions and the self-control necessary to properly compartmentalize them.
What if you could be in control of your emotions instead of them being in control of you? Mastery of your reactions is the key to being ready to handle whatever life throws at you.
Listen along to learn how to remain centered and in control even in the face of adversity and the unexpected. Mastery of your life begins with an understanding and control of your own emotions.
Have you ever experienced a break point? What do you think that means?
Imagine someone close to you walking down a trail and you both know how to get there, but they take an unexpected turn into a rut. You don't know if you can get them out, what do you do?
Do you become their savior or do you let them suffer on their own. If this is happening to someone you love, then you jump in with them and you do everything you can to save them and get them out.
After hours, days, or months of doing your best to save them, you start to realize this isn't going to work.
What do you do when you see someone you love reach their break point? What do you do when you reach our own break point?
Listen to learn more about how to get unstuck when you're in a situation that is keeping you stuck.
Me: How are you? Them: I'm busy!
This podcast could be the difference between persisting in mediocrity or smashing your business targets for the year. This could be the difference between working 12 hour days to working 4 hour days and taking more vacations.
Let me ask you one question...
How busy are you? What does it mean to be busy? Are you moving the needle? Are you moving toward your dream life? How do you measure busy? Is busy good or bad? WHAT DOES BUSY MEAN?
What if we changed the narrative with our time? What if we started to become productive... rather than busy?
If you did a time study right now, what percentage of your work is moving the needle forward and what percentage of your work is just "doing tasks?"
Your day needs to be measured in PRODUCTIVITY.
I want to get to the end of the day and know that I have been PRODUCTIVE, not that I have been busy.
What does it require to be productive instead of busy? Number one, you need to know what you're working toward. Two: You need to be able to write down on a map what steps are required to get you where you're going, and if you don't know, find somebody who knows and ask them. Three: Write down the tasks you need to do to get there and then break it down to small daily tasks you can do every day to move the needle forward. Four: Outsource everything else!
If you can start to measure your day by productivity instead of busy-ness, you will be able to create more wealth for yourself, spend more time spending your days how you want, whether more vacation time, more time with your family, or more time on the beach, or whatever you want for your own life.
This is one important step to getting your mind right and going to war.
What would you say is one of the most important factors to your success as an entrepreneur?
Have you ever heard the saying, "Before my body can arrive, my mind must get there?"
At its root, it means, before your can achieve any particular, specific result, your mind must SEE that reality first.
How can you build something if you can't see it first? How do you think that a construction company builds a skyscraper? They start building and hope they can get there?
They not only visualize it, they draw it, diagram, 3D, blueprint, draw out every measurement, every need, requirement, people it takes to get there. What if I told you the same was true with your success?
The more you can see it in your mind, the more often, with tons and tons of detail, you're much more likely to get there.
For one, you'll have a clear vision of what you're working to and what it takes to get there, but two and more importantly, when things get tough, because I promise you they will get tough, you will have such a clear vision of what needs to happen that you will be able to power through those tough times to get to the vision you see for yourself.
No matter what happens, you need to find the activity that will take you to your dream life and commit to doing the work every day. This is one way you can get your mind clear and GO TO WAR with the fears and the lies that try to hold you back.
What do you want most in your life right now??
What if I told you that your actions determine your deepest desires. That means if your actions don't match your words, then you're divided within yourself.
If you were to write down how your actions and your desires don't align, you would be able to move toward a much more integrated sense of self.
Heres the problem:
oftentimes, how you're feeling in the moment will go directly against the targets you've set yourself. So who do you listen to in the moment?
The answer will come down to your vision of your reality. How will your life look when you reach your targets? Do you believe it will make your life better? Will it be worth the struggle and the work to get there?? If the answer is 'YES!' then you'll be willing to do whatever it takes even when you don't feel like it. But if you answer, "MAYBE?" or worse, "NOT REALLY," then how do you expect to overcome your emotions that feel so strong in the moment?
If you're internally aligned with your targets and your vision of how you want your life to look, then all you need to do is write it down and then practice. Make sure you have a routine and then when your feelings start to get in the way, rely on your vision to push you through doing the activity that will get you to the place you want to be!
Are you willing to do whatever it takes??
I want you to try something. Think really hard and answer this question:
Can you name one time that success rewarded the wrong person?
Even if you think really hard, I'm going to guess the answer is no. Success only comes to those who succeed. If you're listening to this podcast I can guarantee that you have a strong vision of how you want your life to look.
If you haven't created your end goal, if you're not living your dream life, there is a reason. What is holding you back?
I'm going to tell you there is a simple answer:
You're not willing to do whatever it takes.
Some of you might be saying, well I don't know how to get there. And I totally understand that. We've all been there, where we see an amazing vision, but we're not sure what next step to take. But the answer is the same.
You're not willing to do whatever it takes. Here is one free piece of advice. If you're unsure about what next step to take, reach out to 10 people who have done it and ask for help. If none of them respond, reach out to 100 people and ask for help.
If you won't do that, you have to be willing to admit to yourself that you're not willing to do whatever it takes.
You're at a crossroads today. Do you want your dream life MORE or LESS than the pain that is required to get there?
Which voice are you going to listen to today?
Go out and do what's required to make your dream life happen.
"It's lonely at the top." We've all heard that before, except it's not true. When you make it to the top, there are usually lots of others there to welcome you and celebrate with you.
So where do people get this belief from? The truth is that it's actually lonely in the middle. The middle is that spot in your life, whether it be your health & fitness, your spirituality or your business, where you are working harder and achieving more than everyone else in your life, but not enough to be considered one of the big boys.
That's the lonely spot. Because your old friends and sometimes even your family don't understand what you're working toward. They don't see your vision, they don't share your goals and dreams. So you don't have your old friends, but you also haven't made it far enough to make a name for yourself. You haven't proven yourself as someone who is serious and successful. You are yet to be adopted into the winner's circle.
How do you make it through the middle without giving up? How can you keep going and get to that promised land?
We'll cover all that in more in this episode.
We've all gone too far with others who weren't committed. At some point they no longer believed in the mission or they wanted to go in a different direction. But it can be so hard to see the signs and recognize them for what they are when we have strong personal relationships with them.
However, it's important to reframe your thoughts when you look at a situation like this. By holding on to them, you're actually putting them in a bad position. If they really don't believe wholeheartedly in what you're doing as a team or organization, they're not living up to their full potential. You are stifling them by holding them for too long.
In this episode Jon breaks down the challenge of taking others past their limit and how to know when it's time to set them free.
Do you have a secret? Is there something that if anyone found out it would ruin you? It would break your relationships, ruin your reputation, or maybe you would lose everything?
I need to tell you something right now.
There is nothing heavier than the weight of carrying this burden the rest of your life.
The way to living a truly free and happy life is to have nothing to hide and nothing to prove. In that space, you can truly follow what makes you happy and follow what you believe.
Listen to this podcast and really think about the message I'm sharing. Imagine every day being fully transparent with everyone you meet. Never worrying about being "caught" and never hiding anything from anyone.
Why don't others treat you with the respect you deserve? Why isn't your spouse more loving and kind? Why do you kids not listen when you ask them something? In this episode Jon reveals the #1 key to getting others to respond to you in the way that you desire.
In Todays Podcast, Jon talks about how being neutral isn't an option. Sometimes we are stuck between to options and unsure of what to do and decided to play it safe and not choose rather than making a move. It's a lose lose situation in that case. Not making a move because of fear puts you at a stand still. Neutral isn't an option.
In today’s podcast, Jon helps us to distinguish the difference between passion and compassion. There are certain situations when you need to lean more towards one. There are also times when you need to use both and go from being compassionate to passionate in order to help someone and give advice. Jon helps to explain when the right time to tap into passion or compassion.
In today's podcast, Jon talks about your ego. Many will tell you to check your ego or “leave it at the door,” but Jon tells you to feed it. Your ego is your inner self confidence and when you feed it you can do great things! Society tells us that ego is bad but when you use it correctly you can boost your self-confidence and move forward!
In today's podcast, Jon talks about work/life balance and how that doesn’t actually exist. It’s LIFE. There is no separation, they are one in the same. You choose what you do with your life. Jon helps to give you structure on how to get rid of that mindset and understand that you make the choice of how to live your life.
In today's podcast, Jon talks about how you can’t expect others to save you. People push off their problems and then when they finally need to address them they look to someone else to do the work for them to fix it. In your relationships, fitness and health, and business, you need to take responsibility and take action to fix YOUR problems. YOU need to change your mindset and YOU need to take inventory.
Are you a talker or a doer?
What happens when something in life hits you and you can’t hit your goals?
Are you committed more to the feeling that is holding you back from doing the things you need to do? Or are you MORE committed to doing the things you need to do to actually create the business that you desire?
Here is the bottom line:
WHY are you setting your targets? Are you really committed to your future? If your WHY isn’t strong enough, then when things get difficult or uncomfortable or even seem impossible you will find yourself always being unsuccessful.
If you’re not being the best version of yourself, then everyone around you, all your loved ones, the team that you lead, are getting a watered-down version of yourself. But here’s the worst part, we as humans cannot stay stagnant. Every day we’re either becoming slightly better or we’re becoming slightly worse. That means if you don’t create a pattern of keeping your promises to yourself that you said you would do, regardless of how you feel, then you are creating a pattern of becoming a slightly worse version of yourself every single day.
When you compound that worse version of yourself over the course of a week, and a month, and even a few years, then you end up derailing yourself and eventually ruining your life and wondered how it could have gotten so bad.
If you want to start today, then go back to the basics. Stop being your own worst enemy by thinking about what drives you. What is the thing that you desire most of all? Set a small goal that will start putting you on the right path to get there, then COMMIT to that goal! It’s going to drastically change who you are, it’s going to drastically change your life. Commit to yourself because YOU MATTER!
CONSIDER THIS
What is your level of commitment to your personal mission?
What in your life could stop you from committing to your target?
