Each episode provides a range of personal experiences, research, and expert testimony to help you feel prepared and informed to keep it relevant in your career.
On this weeks episode, our hosts dive into the aftermath of online learning now in hybrid classes and how to get the most out of what we are given. Are we subjected to reaching discussion post word counts rather than the quality of our words? Do students benefit from open-note exams? Our hosts discuss the negative impacts and how to turn them positive as we are emerging into hybrid working environments post-college. In this week’s Mizzou Moment, the mask mandate being lifted in the classrooms is addressed.
We're back! With two new hosts and a new season, our first episode introduces Jane Stewart and Claire Toczyl to our listeners. They discuss summer internships and what to do with that experience. Our Mizzou Moment is back discussing the ever-changing mask mandate at Mizzou.

Our hosts wrap up the episode with our Mizzou Moment talking about the recent social justice issues on Mizzou's campus.

Then, in this special edition Mizzou Moment, we further discuss performative activism and its relevance over the past few years. We provide you with first-hand accounts of racism on campus, interviewing an anonymous Mizzou residential life employee and Austin Pascal, a graduate who was a freshman during 2015—a year that saw alarming numbers of racially motivated conflicts on campus. Our final interview is with Zion Ford, the president, and Caleb Sewell, the president-elect, of the Legion of Black Collegians, the only Black Student-run Government in the United States. We discuss the history of racism at Mizzou and objectives for the future.

Our hosts discuss the results as well as the risks and benefits of private social media accounts, especially as you transition into the workplace. In this week's Mizzou Moment, Andreas Busse gives us a look into the reality of freshman life on campus during a pandemic. This includes efforts to connect digitally through new match-making Instagram accounts, created by and for Mizzou students.

We’re all familiar with burnout. As creatives, the pressure to be at the top of our game causes us to work so hard, we end up crashing and burning. In this week’s episode, we talk to Isis Thompson, a creative, and Brenna Coyle, who works at an advertising agency. We talk about how to combat burnout during a pandemic, in which working from home has gotten our priorities mixed up. For this week’s Mizzou Moment, we discuss Mizzou’s less than stellar response to quarantine housing.
