Local Flavor Productions presents the Pillow Talk Podcast! Nick, Jeremy and Bill do wild things and talk about everything from comic books to sports. They eat food and it's more exciting that it sounds!
It's episode #150!! In honor of the achievement, it's a monster-sized episode! They also spend a little time just catching up and chatting about what's been happening since we checked in with you all last.

In this short, Nick talks about Avatar (the one with the blue people, not the one who bends air).
This week, the boys (finally) start their long-awaited Dungeons & Dragons campaign. Give this episode a listen to hear what they've created for characters and prepare for the next piece of their journey as they head to The Cobweb Inn.
There's also some general tomfoolery at the end of this week's show that no one really kept notes on. Nick was talking about wrestling, those types of things...
In this episode, the boys chat about Pillow Talk in schools (or at least in one school) and give an intro on their new Dungeons & Dragons campaign.
On this episode, the boys talk about the recent NFC North matchup between the Lions and Bears, give their spoiler-free review of Violent Night, touch on Spirited, their favorite Airplane! moments and get serious with some 2023 goals.
In this Pillow Talk Short, Bill gives a spoiler-free review of the new Apple TV+ film, Spirited, and a helpful tip on what to watch with the rest of your month on the platform.

Welcome to our 4th Annual Halloween Episode! This year, Nick gives us his sales pitch for Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon before we discuss our favorite (and not so favorite) horror movie tropes. It's a great discussion you won't want to miss. We hope you don't get too scared listening to the show!
It's taken us 129 episodes, but we're finally telling the story of Terry and Mary (that's my baby's name). It's a story that few have heard before and now we're putting it out there for the world. This truly is a story beyond explanation and hilarious each time you hear it.
Then the boys talk M.A.S.H. (super topical), talk about what they're watching and touch on the Black Tapes Podcast.
Come back next week for our annual Halloween episode where we'll be discussing our favorite horror movie tropes. It's a great show you won't want to miss.

Next, the boys take another trip into the Tin Hat Society and talk about a North Pole/Hollow Earth conspiracy theory, before chatting about UFOs and filling Jeremy in on the theories about the Denver Airport.
Like the show? Please give us a five star rating, we appreciate you helping to spread the word!
On this week's show, the boys work off of the 10 album covers with no explanation thing on Facebook by talking about their top 10 albums ever, with an explanation. So, it's alike but different. Nick commits to you having heard of at least three of them.
Like the show? Please rate and review us in Apple Podcasts or your favorite podcasting app!

Alright folks, this is it, the conclusion of our May Franchise Madness bracket! Who ends up the big winner? Are the boys going to make the right choice or will they find a way to screw this up? All of the answers are inside this very podcast!
Hey folks, today we've got something REALLY special for you all! We know that a lot of you missed out on the special kind of hoops craziness that normally happens in March. So we thought we'd use a similar format, but instead of picking colleges, we want to determine the greatest movie franchise ever! It's an episode so big, we have to split it into two of them.
So, this week, we're going to work out way through three regions of our bracket; the Cartoon Region, Sci-Fi/Fantasy and Action/Comedy. We're going to post a blank version of the bracket on our Facebook page in case you'd like to fill out your own and tell us how we're wrong!
Happy listening!!
The boys are back to finish their chat about their favorite funny movies. If you thought last week was funny, buckle up. The movies get funnier from here and so do the laughs.

In this week's show... wait, can we still call it a weekly show? I mean, the boys are really sucking at releasing content on a regular basis right now. Hold on, I'm getting a text...
Well, Bill says that if I want to keep my job writing these things that I'll pipe down about the whole "not releasing regular content" thing. (It's true though) ANYWAY, on this week's show, Bill does a fantasy football draft. (Wait, what?) The boys also talk about having a bad time at the El Royale and Marvel's Phase 4 (that 66% of the podcast can't get behind).
Then, the gentlemen (trying to make Bill like me again) chat about the final preview for Joker and the latest footage from Rise of Skywalker.

The boys then pitch a great movie that we're surprised that no one has made yet, a movie about people who work in a movie theater. It's the Clerks and Empire Records of the movie business. Why hasn't anyone made this yet?
Then at about the 46-minute mark we go off the rails and you get to hear our new off the rails sounder. Sells itself doesn't it?
Finally, Nick goes on a rant that you absolutely cannot miss. It's epic. It's show-stopping. Frankly, it might be the greatest thing to ever come out of this podcast.

It's time for our LONG-AWAITED Baby Driver episode. But before we get to the main course, we have a short appetizer for you as Nick and Bill talk about the early information coming out of the new Joker origin story.
Once they're done with that, it's time for Edgar Wright's masterpiece, Baby Driver, with special guest Jeremy!
The episode is brilliant people, you should really check it out. Be sure to stick around after the credits as there's a special little something hiding out at the end of the episode for you. A peek behind the curtain.
Find us on social media, we're @PillowPodcast. And proud of it!
Holy crapoli, this episode is absolutely bonkers. We're not even sure how to really explain this one. We start off talking about Amazon Prime's new series Jack Ryan, but then we sort of start talking about all of the Tom Clancy "Jack Ryan" movies, and then Jeremy and Bill start talking about Tom Clancy books while Nick enjoys the ride. THEN, we all talk about the new Sony (not MCU) movie, Venom even though none of us have seen it. And THEN, for some reason, Jeremy and Bill start talking about the Cubs dismal performance in the 2018 Wild Card game. It's such a crazy run off of the rails, even Jeremy can't believe where the conversation went.
Pfew. I need a breather after that.
Like the podcast? (Who wouldn't) Rate us on Apple Podcasts. You can also find us all over social media @pillowpodcast (pretty much just Facebook, our Twitter feed kind of sucks).
Baby Driver next week folks. We promise. It's recorded and everything!
We're back down to two this week as you're stuck with the musings of just Nick and Bill. This week, they're back to their typical brand of low-brow humor when they talk Bigfoot porn and Yeti: A Love Story. It's as bad as it sounds.
Bill muses about a new Winds of Winter theory, how to write Andrew Lincoln off of The Walking Dead without killing Rick Grimes and Nick talks about Castle Rock on Hulu. The boys also play some audio where Buzz Aldrin might have told a little girl that we didn't go to the moon and we somehow didn't play the Tin Hat Society sounder.
Your homework this week? Like us on Facebook, @PillowPodcast. If you invite your friends to like the show, we'll give you 5 points extra credit on your grade for this quarter.
In this week's episode, the boys are joined by a guest, Jeremy, but before they dive into the episode, Bill makes the new guy prove his nerd credentials. Once the dirty work is done, the trio talks about what the fallout James Gunn's firing will have on GOTG3, especially on the soundtrack. They talk possible directors who could take over the movie and much more.
Then, it's time for a game. Marvel character or NFL player? This is something you don't want to miss.
Like Pillow Talk? Tell your friends about us and give us a rating on Apple Podcasts. Nick and Bill's moms would want you to do it.
If you hate Facebook or think Nick and Bill have faces for radio, this is the episode for you as we bring you our preview and review for Ant-Man & the Wasp! But the episode is far more than just a movie review. Want to hear the latest saga of Nick's dog? How about a story about Bill falling while 90 4th graders watch? Do you enjoy bathroom humor?
If you've answered yes to any of these questions then you're going to love this episode, plus, the boys even get around to talking about the movie. Eventually.
Haven't seen the movie yet? No worries, an annoying spoiler alert sounder pops up before we spoil anything!
Check us out, we're @pillowpodcast all over social media!
Our lost episode is lost no more! Bill's computer is finally back from the great beyond and Shades of Love: Volume 3 has been rescued! We hope the delay in getting it out to you all is worth it.

We'll be back next week and it's going to be great! Probably.
In honor of the home video release, and while Bill continues to recover his MacBook after his hard drive crashed, here's the audio from the Facebook live session the boys did when they went to see Black Panther a couple of months ago.
Next week we'll finally be bringing you Shades of Love: Volume 3 that we promised a couple of weeks ago as the audio was recoverable from the previously mentioned dead hard drive.
Enjoy the show, we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed our first FB live session!
In this episode, the boys finally get around to really dissecting Avengers: Infinity War. Spoilers are aplenty so DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS if you haven't seen Infinity War yet. There are plenty of warnings as we start off with the audio of the Facebook Live that they boys did when they saw the flick and then flow right into a deep dive of the movie, comic book and crazy internet theories.
Next week, we'll have another Shades of Love. Seriously.
The boys had such fun recording the first edition of Shades of Love that, this week, they're back for another run at it! But just like last week, follow their advice at your own risk. Then, the boys sample some Skittles: Love Edition, a Target exclusive (note, we received no money from Target for the plug!).
After a short absence, the boys are back and they're better than ever. This week, they're here to handle all of your love and relationship questions. In fact, you could argue that a podcast called Pillow Talk, dishing relationship advice might be a little too obvious, but come on, you know you want to hear what kind of craziness happens in this episode. Check it out but don't hold us responsible if you actually follow the advice!

It's finally time. Time for Bruce Campbell v. the Army of Darkness. There's really nothing else to say except, enjoy!
Oh technical difficulties, how you like to screw with us from time to time. Well, we work through them but be warned, Nick sort of sounds like he's talking to us from Mars.
When they can actually talk to each other, the boys talk about the hot debate sweeping the nation; does a straw have one hole or two? After that Bill tells us about a Clue: The Movie remake idea that he can actually get behind, the boys talk about the trailer for Ant Man and the Wasp and discuss whether Jack from Titanic is a time traveler or not.
Finally, Nick hits us with an interesting theory about Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Bill is still bummed that the Dundee Movie isn't a real thing.

It's Halloween, and we know just what you need to make your holiday even more enjoyable; the Pillow Talk boys. And even better, it's time for their annual HALLOWEEN EPISODE! So what kinds of tricks and treats could they possibly have up their sleeves this year? Nothing less than their favorite Halloween songs!
But first, it's been a while since we've gotten to talk with you all, so you know they can't stay on topic for the entire episode. First, Nick and Bill talk about time travel and the convenience of transporter technology and then touch on some truly ridiculous Halloween songs. I mean, mummy juice? That can't really be a thing, right?
Then it's time for the meat of the show, their favorite Halloween songs. Who are you going to disagree with this week? Can Bill make it through a show without messing up some random fact? Can we fit more punctuation into this description?
Probably not. Enjoy the show, happy haunting, and until next time... BYE!
