I brought Micalea on with me to talk about her start in the field of aviation, which she is in the process of right now! She is currently attending Sault College for Structures, which is the exact same school and program I attended! She even has the same teachers. Micalea is also working alongside me in the hangar, but I can't wait to see her out on the floor with us. It was neat for me to hear her story as it took me right back to those days of school, but I am hoping it will also motivate some people to get into this field themselves! This can be such a rewarding career choice and can provide so many opportunities around the world! Don't be afraid to spread those wings. ๐ฉ๏ธ๐ฉโ๐ง๐จโ๐งโ๏ธ

It can be so hard to prove yourself in a demanding career while trying to handle the responsibilities of raising a family. Especially when people view priorities outside work or personal limitations as a lack of dedication.
