It's a place where you’ll learn cutting-edge physical preparation strategies to optimize body resilience and peak performance. Every Monday an episode is released providing an update on the upcoming week of live interviews and new episodes with an AFL player, senior coach, sports psychologist, strength and conditioning coach, or sports dietitian, all of whom are leaders in their respective fields.
In each episode, the host, Jack McLean, talks to his guest about how they started out in their career, how they achieved success, explores their biggest learnings and seeks practical tips for developing footballers and strength and conditioning coaches.
