Intuartiv Expression was created by myself, Nicky Howard, it uses layering of paints with intuitive painting (and the possibility of adding essential oils) to release fears and blocks that stop you moving forward.
It is a very powerful tool to use with English coaching:
- It brings of vocabulary to talk about - emotions, shapes, colours, feelings....
- It is relaxing , helping you to relax into English
- It helps to release fears and blocks that you have about English ( and your life)

In January this year (2020) we had our first 4 day residential workshop of personal development and creativity in English. During these 4 days we go on a journey to the soul with intuitive painting, meditation and activites to help you improve your life whilst improvng your English, in connection with nature and our 5 senses, and 6 with our intuition. This is the feedback, in French of two of our clients, at the end of the 4 days
After our first discovery day with Immersion Linguistique Sensorielle (ILS), I give my own feedback and feelings (in French!). ILS are discovery days and residential workshops to help you improve your English AND your life, through personal development, créativity and soul discovery.
