We are Allsouls Universalist Church. We are a group of people who, in one way or another, were told that we do not belong in our church communities. Some of us were pushed away because we were LGBTQ+, we had doubts, or we rejected the fundamentalism that is being pushed from the main stream churches. No matter the reason, we are a place of refuge. You are welcome here.

In the midst of a natural disaster, it’s common to hear voices decrying this disaster as God’s punishment for sin. On this 4th Sunday of Lent, Rev Darcy will be talking about Christ’s message in the Gospel of John that illness (and disasters) are a chance for God’s light to shine in the world, and that labeling those in pain as “sinners” or blaming people for their illnesses is a symptom of the sin in the lives of finger-pointers, not the ones they are blaming.
