Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Pete Buttigieg is an up and coming star in the Democrat Party and a candidate for president. He’s also an out, loud, and proud homosexual. This forces a conversation about where the Republican Party is headed on the issue of homosexuality. The GOP is sending confusing signals about their willingness to embrace the LGBT agenda as a part of their mythical Big Tent. But the more parts of the LGBT agenda the party embraces, the more evangelicals will be pushed out of the back of the tent. Now My objection to a homosexual candidate is not so much about his sexual orientation but about his sexual politics. The LGBT agenda represents the single greatest threat to religious liberty in American history. It’s time for the Republican Party to declare itself unambiguously on its view of the LGBT agenda, so everybody in America knows where Republicans stand.
