The FBC Media Group is the broadcast division of the Fellowship Bible Chapel in Columbus, Ohio. Fellowship Bible Chapel is a gathering of believers who hold fast to the teaching of Scripture, and who resist the temptation to reinvent, or reinterpret the very clear Word of God to fit a modern-day, permissive worldview. We hope you find our weekly message and second hour "Prophecy Update" to be useful for learning, for teaching and for defending our Christian faith.
In the Book of Romans, Scripture speaks of a "mystery" (Strong's "mystḗrion" - Original Word: μυστήριον, ου, τό.) Unlike the popular perception, is it not something unknowable. Rather, it is what can only be known through revelation, i.e., because God reveals it.
As we study the Word of God and divide it correctly, we can discover His plan for those who would accept His free gift of Salvation and for the nation of Israel. God has specific plans for the Jewish People, and their land. Join Pastor Mike as he explores several intriguing passages of Scripture about Israel and her future in this week's message entitled "All Israel Will Be Saved."

WARNING! NOT AN OBAMA-FREE SUNDAY
One of the signs of the End Times is the warning from Scripture that God will send a strong delusion to confuse and cloud the minds of many on the earth who are not fully in tune with Him. Things that should be obvious to a thinking individual escapes their discernment, and men wrought with the love of power will mislead and deceive.
From the Catholic Church's practice of praying to dead bodies, to the Russian Deception, to the impending world back crisis and the constant barrage of criticism of Israel, indications of the massive coming delusion are already echoing throughout the world.
Do not be deceived. The Lord is preparing His return and unlike His first appearance on earth, He will not be "Baby Jesus, meek and mild." He will return as a conquering Messiah, holding all those who have rejected Him to account with swift and eternal judgment.
Unless you have been totally sleeping through your prophetic alarm clock, it is increasingly clear that the world is turning against Israel with increasing intensity and speed.
On one hand, many factions are calling for Israel to be pushed "into the sea" while others are calling for the much promised, but ever elusive "Two State Solution" which is believed to be the panacea of the peace process. Scripture is clear...the nations of the world will turn against Israel, yet she will prevail.

From a Burka-wearing "Christian" Professor from Wheaton College, to racist dinners being served at Oberlin College, from a blasphemous rendition of a beloved carol by Hillsong, to Liquid Church's "Star Wars" message (complete with a nativity scene featuring Han, Leia, Chewy and R2D2), this week's update is both an advisory and a warning. Apostasy may already be in your church, and jihad is coming.
This week's core message is one reminding us to be vigilant on all fronts, both spiritually and physically. We must be prepared to defend the Gospel and call out false teachings emanating from America's pulpits, while also being observant and aware of your physical surroundings.
This warning struck close to home this past week on two fronts First, John personally witnessed a very physically fit male, dressed in a full ski mask, gloves and a t-shirt (it was 60 degrees in Columbus that day) taking multiple pictures of high rise buildings in downtown Columbus using his cell phone. Of course, being John, he followed and photographed this mystery man and notified the authorities. Second, he received a call from a contact in Southern California who had witnessed a group of 200-300 men walking down her suburban street. When she inquired as to what they were doing, they responded "we are claiming this neighborhood in the name of Allah."
There is no doubt that the President has kept one promise. "Fundamental Change" has come to America. The only remaining question is, how much more judgment is coming on America and the world before our Lord and Savior returns to claim His own?

The things being spoken by the "leader of the free world" and the supposed "heir-apparent" candidate are so outrageous and unbelievable, we had to show you instead of tell you. While it may be painful, it is necessary. There is a balm for moments like these...it is the promise contained in the Word of God.
Logic and reason must be completely disregarded in order to lead from behind like this. Have we now passed the point of no return?

Lincoln once said, ""America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." Brothers and sisters, as incredible as it may seem, we may see that very warning manifesting itself inside our own borders.

All eyes are focused on September 23, 24 and 25, 2015 as the Pope visits America, Mahmoud Abbas promises to drop a "bombshell" at the end of his UN Speech and Congress continues to wrestle with a treaty that will certainly arm Iran with nuclear weapons.
Scripture speaks of a time such as this, and describes the three main players who will rock the cradle of the world. The coming Antichrist, the False Prophet and the Beast.
It also talks of a time where folks will be moving "to and fro".
It speaks of one who will confirm the "covenant with the many" and usher in a false peace.
And it speaks of a time when followers of Christ will be persecuted for their faith.
Many world leaders are currently stepping into the proverbial spotlight as the world looks for someone to manage the immigrant crisis that has all eyes focused on the Middle East. Power players such as the Pope, Barack Obama, Abbas, Erdogen, Putin and a host of others are auditioning for this end time trilogy of evil. Do any of these men fit the descriptions of the deceivers who come in the end times, or will a relatively unknown, charismatic leader burst onto the scene with all the answers the world wants to hear? What characteristics do each have in common? And how will these unholy alliances impact believers worldwide?

A mass migration of Muslim refugees are invading Western Europe, and unlike previous invasions, Europe is supplying the transports. With the European birthrates falling below sustainable levels, some are predicting that Spain, France, Germany and England will become Islamic Republics before the year 2050. The math is easy. The Muslim birthrate is over 8 children per family, while the average European rate is less than 2. 90 % of recent European population growth is due to immigration. A culture cannot survive those numbers.
As if that was not bad enough, Russians are moving supplies, men and material into Syria. Iran says Israel will be no more in less than 25 years and the Oslo Accords could be back on the front and center of the world stage. In Daniel, Chapter 9, the Antichrist will confirm a "...covenant with the many." What if this is the ONE to which Daniel refers ?
We have now reached the top of the lift...and we pause to look over the precipice before losing our lunch on the first drop. Hold on...here we go!!!
Each week, John Haller brings us important developments on the prophetic front and this week is no exception. While we are justified by faith alone, the process of sanctification is one filled with episodes where we fall short in our Christian walk. We then turn back to God, admit our failures, repent of our shortcomings and then we strive to be more like Him each day.
It is this process through which we become more like Christ each day, instead of being the believer who is not actively working their faith. Through repentance, we become stronger in our belief and in our witness to a lost and dying world.

Love was represented in the crucifixion...and power in the resurrection.

As a compliment to last's week's message entitled "Stop Freakin' Out", John returns this week to warn us of the things to get ready to do. Starting off by taking a trip back to November of 1929, John shows us quotes by financial experts of the day who were painting a picture of an improving economic outlook in the spring of 1930. Clearly, they were wrong.
Those same headlines are repeating themselves today, because we have failed to learn from history to recognize the signs that judgments are coming. We must be prepared and we must stand firm. That is the battle cry for the remnant church as we move toward that final place in history where mankind comes face to face with a Holy God who will judge.
This message is to those who make up the true remnant church. It is time to be bold and take a stand.
The Western US is on fire. The Middle East is on alert. The Chinese and US stock markets are tumbling. Syrian refuges are starving. The Iranians are promising to monitor their own nukes while simultaneously producing YouTube videos of the Revolutionary Guard making preparation to destroy Israel.
And the pundits? They have no clue what is about to befall them and an unsuspecting world.

When wrong is now called right, and then celebrated by the unwashed masses, we have reached the point where the ability to discern may be lost forever. The coming judgement of God is now likely the only thing that can bring a world full of people have collectively thumbed noses at Him, into full account for their iniquity.

The walled city of Petra. Most will recognize this strategic city, located about 200 miles SSE of Jerusalem as the place featured in an Indiana Jones movie. The "Treasury", an amazing structure carved into the steep vertical walls of the city, is a frequent destination for tourists during any visit to the Middle East. However, there is substantial evidence from Scripture that indicates that Petra will be the place where the Jewish people will flee once the Antichrist desecrates the temple by declaring himself to be God. With their eyes now open to his deception, they will flee into the mountains as the persecution rages and many fall under the blade of the Antichrist. On the American home front, the persecution and harassment of those holding Christian beliefs continues to accelerate. High ranking officials, with skeletons in their own closets, are imploring those with long held religious beliefs to "change them" in order to fit into the permissive agenda being set on the world stage. Eroticism and Jesus. Does this sound like the God of the Bible as depicted in Scripture? Ann Voskamp thinks so. Passages in her book "One Thousand Gifts" are both alarming and shocking when compared to Scripture.
Should women who love Jesus with all of their hearts and minds be thinking of Him the way Ann does, when she says things like "I fly to Paris and discover how to make love to God”? (201)
Or when She states that Jesus is “bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh” (217), using language from Genesis 2:23 where Adam describes his partner, Eve. “I want to be in God and God to be in me, to exchange love and blessings and caresses” (217), she writes, moving on to words like “interchange,” “intercourse (twice),” “disrobed,” and declaring how this intercourse is “the climax of joy” (217-218). Voskamp longs to “burn,” “flush of embarrassment up the face” and tells the reader that we are to “cohabit” with God (218).
