ICAres-1 is a two weeks analog Mars simulation mission in Lunares habitat in Pila, Poland. Our host, Marcin Kaczmarzyk, is a very special analog astronaut. He lost his sight and left palm in an accident, but despite his limitations he works as an engineer. During ICAres-1 mission we simulate not day one a Mars base. We simulate the base in second year, when unfortunately bad accident happen and we have to live with that. Marcin is our guide to this world.
