Ephesians 4 tells us that Jesus has given a range of gifts to the church to equip us all to minister. The Bible also sets out a pattern for structure and leadership. Russ explains what these gifts are and why they're vital, along with how Biblical leadership works and our partnership with New Covenant Ministries International (NCMI).
What is baptism according to the Bible? Why is it so important? Essential listening for both those who haven't yet been baptised, but also those of us who have so we're equipped to baptise others!
