In this episode, we talk with Peter Eggleston, Global Product Marketing Director, Radiology IT at GE Healthcare. Pete talks about the phased release development process in product marketing, where the system is a waterfall process, and where there are instances Pete's team can use agile thinking and processes.

Pete is the head of global product marketing for enterprise imaging solutions at GE Healthcare. With over 30 years’ experience in bringing innovative products to market, Peter has held various sales and marketing leadership positions throughout the high-tech industry, including CMO of SBR Health, SVP at Aptus Health (Medscape), CEO at AdME, and VP of sales & marketing for Sonic Network. He has served as a faculty member for Northeastern University and the Rochester Institute of Technology, anchored two AI-related columns in imaging industry magazines, has published over 40 papers and articles related to imaging and AI, and served on the board of directors and technical advisory boards for companies and organizations throughout the New England area. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and Master of Computer Science with thesis on AI-based imaging.
