Upper Room
The upper room is a church devoted to equipping, empowering and releasing a generation into their calling. Our mandate is to raise up a Joshua generation that understands the value for the presence of God, while walking in a lifestyle of radical prayer and worship that leads them outside of the church to impact a region for Jesus.
The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing.. but power to those who are being saved. Which will be?

All the churches gathered together in the park to worship together, pray together and hear the word from all the Pastors working together with one vision- to see Unity in the town between the people of faith!
More people are transferring between churches then ever before and more often then not we have allowed the baggage from our last destination to impact our ability to embrace the family where your now planted.
Sometimes that baggage we carry even stops us from trusting or putting down roots anywhere therefore creating a weak and powerless church that resembles more of the world then the Kingdom of the Father.. One of the hardest things to do is to learn how to move forward and expand the Kingdom from a position of rest and avoid burnout while still being fruitful! Don't be a casualty learn how to rest rightly and be extremely fruitful.
We need to get back to understanding how to reach those who do not yet know Jesus... We have become too content with church growth being simply church transfers... We are church seeking Jesus for Renewal. It is one of our primary mandates! Renewal is about renewing the minds of individuals with teaching, discipleship, equipping and bringing them into alignment with Jesus’ plan for their life. It’s about renewing and restoring families to wholeness. Bringing our resources and our city pastoral missionary teams and planting them for renewing and aligning regions and cities. Lastly renewing the primary mandate of the church, and being a resource for other churches to see renewal and restoration of the Kingdom! With all missions and mandates there are obstacles. What are the obstacles we face and how do we overcome them??

1) Use your prophecies as weapons, wage war with them. 2) Pray with Gratitude towards God, Pray for all men and women. 3) Devour the Word, Be faithful in prayer, teach whenever you can. 4) Don’t minimize the gifting of God in your life. 5) Everyone should see your moving forward, there must be progress. 6) Don’t forget what God has deposited thus far in your life. 7) You are responsible to fan and rekindle the flame that burns in you. 8) Don’t give in to your fears of failure, pain or harm. Have a sound mind! 9) Tap into the Grace that empowers you to do mighty things for God! 10) Be committed- To people, to your church, your region and to God
