Peer Inspiration and Leadership Through Athletics. I am a college student-athlete and am reaching out to coaches and leaders of their collegiate programs at all levels to learn through questioning about how successful cultures breed young men. The uniqueness is my collegiate status now, this is a platform for peer leaders and coaches to learn from each other.
A look into a up and coming program of success at Randolph-Macon College. A program that took time to build the culture they wanted. Coach Jay Howell has experienced many different avenues in the soccer world and has a great outlook on leadership and how it takes time to build excellence.
