As I am going through my 20s, there are a lot of random thoughts that come to my mind that I love to contemplate. I truly enjoy discussing these topics with different people. Well, now I am recording them and turning these conversations into a podcast.
My friend Sam and I discuss the inevitability of artificial general intelligence (AGI) and its potential impact.

In this episode, I talk to my friend Megan. In the year where we were all dealing with a lot of uncertainty due to covid-19, Megan dealt with a level of uncertainty that is hard to fathom. She was diagnosed with breast cancer right at the beginning of the pandemic in March of 2020. In this conversation, we talk about the diagnosis, the process of getting a surgery booked during covid, the recovery, and the changes that Megan has made in her life afterward.

In this episode, I talk to my friend, Ameen.
We talked about two philosophies, hedonism and stoicism. We talked about their origins and how they can be applied to our daily life.
About halfway through the conversation, Ameen shares a personal story of how stoicism has helped him cope with some of the tragic and emotional moments of his life working as a medical doctor.
We decided to name the episode "Nothing lies here but bones" to remind ourselves that we have a tendency to take life more seriously than it really is.

In this episode, I talk to my friend, Rekayi. We talked about what we have learned that we wish we knew when we were younger. One of the main topics that came up was the importance of allowing ourselves to find things that we really enjoy and are passionate about. What can we do to increase our chances of finding things that we are passionate about?
This was a great conversation. I hope you enjoy listening to it.

I talk to one of my closest friends from university about race issues. He and I often talk during the weekends just to chat. This time while we were chatting I found myself learning a lot from him about racism and the history of it. So we moved our conversation from Whats App to Anchor to record it as a podcast. Unfortunately, I was not able to record most of the conversation about the history of South Africa and apartheid. So this episode begins when we pivoted our conversations to the protests that are currently happening in the United States.
Please note at the start of the episode, I go into a monologue as we pivoted to talk about the protests. But it becomes much more of a conversation after that. I honestly learned a lot, so I really hope you enjoy listening to our conversation as much as we enjoyed having it.
As we discuss in the episode, one of the most important things that are happening right now is the dialogue. We are all taking the time to talk about these issues and think them through ourselves. This is extremely powerful.
