Individual training (IT) is the training that teaches each soldier their particular trade skills. Whether its gunners, tank crew, or infantry soldiers, all have specialized training courses. As part of the response to the COVID-19 emergency, IT was put on hold. The Canadian Army is now about to resume IT again, at first in a limited way, at the Combat Training Centre in New Brunswick and at some other locations across the country. Our guest is Colonel Cayle Oberwarth, Commander of the Combat Training Centre and the Army Individual Training Authority.
