The adage that still determines whether people will follow a leader is this - “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” I think people may initially be attracted to a leader because of charisma or even competency, but I have observed that people stick with a leader when they experience care. I have learnt 4 ways to show care using the acronym CARE and I hope that will helps us to easily recall the 4 things we can do
C is for Conversation

R is for Resolve
E is for Encouragement
What an injury taught me about managing changes and the danger of trying to meet very demand.
There are many expressions of leadership like being a visionary or strategic or consultative, directive, diplomatic, managing leader etc. These are all expressions but the essence of leadership is being a shepherd. This episode is about what it takes to be a leader whom people want to follow. Let your hand - what you do as a leader come out of the heart - who you are as a shepherd.
There will always be voices and noises around us or inside of us. External voices could be what social media is telling us, internal voices could be pride or self-condemnation. The voice we must choose to listen is God’s because His Words give life, joy, peace, grace and strength.
