You may be wondering, “What the heck is up with that name?” First of all, orange is my favorite color. Imagine a sunset orange kissing the sky - delightful, isn’t it? Secondly, orange is not associated with any ethnicity, race, or religion. It’s all encompassing and is welcome for all who would like to join.
I am confident that most of you will be able to resonate with this experience…I was with a group of friends last week and we were all deciding on where to go to dinner. One person claimed that they didn’t care. Another person made a suggestion and then the person who said they didn’t care said they didn’t like that place.
Work, family, relationships - it can be a jungle out there! There are so many different personalities, backgrounds, experiences, expertise, passions, hobbies, and the list goes on. We all have our idiosyncrasies and bringing those in to the workplace or a relationship can be dynamic to navigate on a daily basis.
