In this episode Lena and Cain reflect on the ways we can engage and support young people through conscious creation of community and engaging experiences that support them in releasing emotion and energies held within the body.
Cain started his career as a Muay Thai specialist at the age of 15 and started professional matches at the age of 18. Cain understood that life had all sorts of challenges when growing up. Cain focused on Muay Thai, keeping fit and ready for the next challenge. With hard work and dedication, he became Australian Champion, Caged Muay Thai Champion, and multiple state Champion.
Cain found Muay Thai was a great release of energy and increased feelings of self-worth, self-identity and self-esteem. After the success and well-deserved break Cain experienced some unwanted thoughts and feelings, so he decided he would try professional boxing to keep himself mentally and physically healthy.
Cain began a career in plumbing, followed by truck driving, operating machines, and later began studying to become a Youth Worker. Cain has worked as a Residential Care Worker for Mackillop Family Services for 2 years. Cain is qualified with a cert IV in Youth Work, Cert IV in Child, Family and Youth Intervention, Diploma of Community Services and trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

Today we are going to have conversation around how to eliminate self sabotage.
Let's get clear on what sabotage is – it only comes from one reason, and its important to really get this because it is the foundation to understanding human behaviour, why we do what we do.
We will dive into what is driving your sabotage and how to take back control - TODAY!
I probably wouldn't have shared this a few years ago.
Which is ironic AF because it would have been my own inner critic standing behind me as I hesitated to click "post" saying "Wait - don't you know they are going to find this annoying? Who are you to share so openly? You cant just go ahead and blurt out how great your work is - just calm down about it all and be cool"
And I would listen. Id feel silly for being SO excited to share the work that was coming to me, through me, as me - and Id just play it cool because there was a part of me that was scared that it wasnt safe to CLAIM MY OWN GREATNESS in the work I do.
There is no more of that.
I invest too much of my time, energy and money into being all that I am so I can give all that I do to the women I work with.
BEYOND THAT - when I play it cool, it means my offerings are watered down and what I know to be true is that they deserve to be shared in the energy they have been created: RED F'ING HOT!
I absolutely believe in the power of the work that I do because Ive crafted my coaching skills over 15 years and I am working DAILY to get better so that I can be of greater service to the women I feel compelled to support.
This week I signed up and paid in full to be mentored by Tony Robbins for 12 months - I AM SO EXCITED. Not just because I know this is going to pour rocket fuel on my own potential but because I know the way it is going to have a HUGE impact on the way I can show up and serve within my programs.
So - with humility and respect, please find below an audio recording I created today about THE INNER CRITIC and a program I am offering which begins on October 6th.
I HAVE TO SHARE THIS - because I can do ALLLLL the work in the world to create transformational experiences but what good is it if no one knows about it?
I wonder what the world needs to know about what you have to offer?? Could you be a little louder too?? Who would benefit?
In this recording I share a cool exercise that allows you to realise there are certain emotions or ways of being that arent actually serving you right now and that its your inner critic messing with your mind.
Its short and sweet and I hope you listen in and let me know what you hear in it for yourself.

Today Im starting a conversation that I hope will support you in truly understanding just how powerful coming into the gym can be.
Mindfulness is something I am passionate about. I used my own lived experiences, reflections and realisations to help our members understand that most of us are walking around asleep – victims of our own thinking, trapped my our own suffering. We complain, we get irritated, we are frustrated, impatient, anxious and overwhelmed.
Right?
Here is how we can begin to excavate the unhelpful self talk that holds us back from FULLY stepping into our own power in the gym (and everywhere else)
Fear can either mean - fuck everything and run OR face everything and rise.
In our corner, we stand shoulder to shoulder encouraging each other to rise. But here’s the thing .. we KNOW that more often than not, it’s easier to run.
On today’s episode of the Moxon Weighs In podcast we are going to vulnerably share experiences from our past that have actually held us back from being fully expressed as adults.
Life gets better when we learn to choose our battles – and it turns out most of them just aren’t worth fighting.
Lets talk about how much of a game changer it is when we just decide within ourselves that we are not going to let anyone pull us into a fight - and what that looks like.
People always want to know what we are doing and what we have planned for the future..whats next?
What if thinking about what comes next is the very thing getting in your way and holding you back?
What if what you are doing right now is really working for you and you have things that fulfil you and make you happy and you have love in your life and its all working and its just great…so you do more of the same.
Did you know that’s a possibility?
Lets start a conversation outside of the box and see what we find today...
In this episode we sit down with the legendary Damien Hennigan to chat all things fitness, wellbeing, mental health and alter egos. Damo Hennigan is an online accountability coach, owner of Crossfit Westgate - beer lover and all round great guy.
This is a conversation that goes in a million different directions - nothing was off limits today.
Damien shares his reflections on the fitness industry, the importance of community in supporting men access and activate the power in vulnerability and also shares his method to unlock motivation within himself before he gets under the bar for a big lift.
This is a raw, captivating conversation that will hold space for you to consider the way you are holding thoughts and emotions within your body and the way it is impacting your experience of yourself and the life you are living.
...it will probably also make you feel like going to the gym too.
Connect with Damo Hennigan on Instagram @damocrossfit
Giving yourself the opportunity to create an alter ego isnt about faking your motivation or replicating someone else. We believe that its about giving yourself permission to tap into aspects of yourself that havent had the opportunity to be fully expressed...yet.
If you are feeling flat, unmotivated or just uninspired - everything you need is within you to turn that all around. You just might need a prompt to access and activate your alter ego - let us open up that conversation for you today.
In this episode 2 X World Champion Steve Moxon gives practical, straightforward advice to beginners as they try and overcome their own self doubt - and walk through the doors of a boxing gym.
We know getting started is a battle of nerves sometimes - so sharing the process in how you learn and how to make progress is intended to allow yourself to visualise the pride you could feel within yourself ... its the ultimate motivation to get started!
Setting goals is one thing - following through despite the resistance you feel AND the opinions of people around you is another.
In this episode we dont sugar coat the truth - generating change in your life is an uphill battle. It takes work. It will likely feel like a struggle before you can appreciate the view at the top.
This episode opens a conversation for the person who wants change in ANY area of their life - but feels judged, misunderstood, unsupported or simply a little lost in the pursuit of what comes next for them.
We understand.
This is what we have come to learn and want to share with you - because change is ALWAYS worth it.
I wish there was another word for journaling – because I know it sounds lame.
Give me 13 mins of your time to convince you otherwise !
Believe me when I say – journaling is badass. It takes so much courage to actually go all in and capture your thoughts on paper. To get to the source of your emotions. After all - isn’t everything we experience a projection of the mind?
Oh yes friends – you know I don’t come here to have polite conversation. I want to start soul shifting, life affirming, power stance producing conversations that punch you in the guts and knock the bullshit out of you.
I want this for you because I know what life was like for me before I was willing to be honest, present and truthful with myself – and whats its like for me now that I have complete freedom to explore and expand and evolve as the biggest, brightest version of myself that I can become.
Its black and white. Its asleep and wake. Its your right in this life to liberate yourself from the weight of whats expected and accepted and design a life that reflects your deepest, driving desires.
For many of us – we feel lost within our own lives, or we feel a nudge within us that there is more for us ..and we don’t know where to begin.

Self doubt holding you back? We are in week 4 of our 10 week running program & we are hearing our members talk about the same thing on repeat - SELF DOUBT.
How is it that they are all having the same experience? What can they do?
We have an offering here - and if you struggle with self doubt, this episode will be the super charged pep talk you need too!
Who we are and who we choose to be is our lifes work. I believe we are given this one beautiful life to explore our own potential and embody the full experience of what it truly means to be ourselves.
It sounds wonderful – but its not always easy. The questioning, confusion and loss that comes as who we once knew ourselves as sheds before we full embody the next level of ourselves can be a roller coaster to say the very least.
Our own self awareness during these times has a huge impact on whether we can appreciate growth for what it is -or whether we spend our days clinging desperately to our past, overwhelmed in the present moment and terrified of our future.
Workouts are a beautiful container for us to really push our limits and test our boundaries. The give us immediate insight into how we meet struggle, and what our minds do when we are faced with a challenge or uncertainty. When the going gets tough in a work out – what do you do? Who do you become in that moment?
Is who you choose to be in a workout dictated by your past or driven by your future?
Do you decide how to take on the challenge you face in a workout based on what you know you are capable of doing – or do you push to find out what you might not yet realise you are capable of?
It’s a powerful question isn’t it?

We make the mistake of thinking that if we are unhappy or unsatisfied within ourselves or in our lives that if we just leave a certain situation then we will be happy – but friend, let me tell you, I have tried this many times, in many circumstances and I have discovered the hard way, that doing that simply doesn’t work.
It sounds cliché, but happiness is literally something that happens within us and our environment, situation or circumstance isn’t the biggest driving force in determining our happiness. We are.
Damn it right? It would be great if we could just unplug ourselves from one circumstance and plug in somewhere else and be completely recharged with a fulfilled life.
It doesn’t happen.
Today we are speaking from the heart sharing experiences and reflecting on the RIGHT way to make big changes in life ...and the wrong way too.

If you have set ANY sort of goal and not followed through, what Im sharing here will help you understand the missing piece you didnt even realise you needed!
Hows your goal setting flex? Have you got a strong hustle muscle when it comes to follow through?
Listen in for an honest reflection - we dont hold back sharing what we witnessed over the 21 days of fight camp that 25 members of our community just completed with Steve. This episode offers 6 things to consider that relate directly to a person's ability to set a goal and follow through.
This is the audio of a live recording on The Training Room Geelong Facebook Page.
This week, I began working with Kate Maree O’Brien with the specific intention of having someone move me from what I think I need to be focusing on – to fast tracking growth by showing me the things that would actually make an immediate impact.
Her impact will be seen and felt in the way I navigate my offerings in the online space early next year and this week, before we sunk our teeth into the epic task ahead – Kate took him to discuss the mindset shifts that are absolutely necessary to be a person ready for extraordinary growth within their business.
She was speaking my language. I am ALL about working on mindset to build the momentum youll need to implement any strategy in any area of your life.
Want to know what the biggest thing I took away from her 1 hours dialogue about exploring your inner game?
The importance of choosing what you have chosen.
Yes, choosing what you have chosen. Those words clicked within me. They resonated deeply. I have felt them before, many times in my life and hadn’t found a way to articulate what was going on.
Choosing what you have chosen is probably the most powerful thing you can do as you walk the walk of someone that can achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
If you are a person that has set certain health and fitness goals for themselves, this most definitely applies to you.
It could very well be the missing link – and understanding what this means and what it needs to look like could very well be the fast track to results that you have been waiting for.
Lets explore this. Are you ready? Good! Im excited to share this with you
If there is change you want to create, if there is something in your life you want but you don’t have - you aren’t falling short because you aren’t capable. It’s simply because your words and your actions don’t match.
I am strong today because I cant tell you the number of times and the different ways life has tried to break me.
For years my limiting belief was that nothing comes easy to me.
Eventually, when you show enough resilience and you refuse to give up and you continue to give a good fight for the beautiful life that you don’t just desire but you know you deserve – the universe will stop playing you.
The universe will say bitch - good game. That’s what happened for me, I asked for change in my life and I had to prove to myself and the universe that I would do whatever it took, to be the person I had to be to create the life I wanted – and now the universe and I, well now we roll together.
It all starts with how you decide to start your day.

I recently re-read a book that I came across randomly in my early 20s. Its highly unlikely you have read it, but strangely – I really do recommend it! The book im talking about is Jack Canfield’s – The Success Principles.
I read this book at the tender and impressionable age of 22, and even though I couldn’t full grasp the concepts at that time, it really did impact me and shifted my mindset.

In this episode we hold a mirror up to ourselves and examine the ways in which self sabotage needs to be seen in order for it to stop interfering with our desire to reach the goals we set for ourselves.
Hand on heart, I know I have made deep, direct impact on hundreds of people. It has never been a about squats, or running or counting macronutrients .
It has been creating experiences and facilitating opportunities for individuals to explore and witness the ways in which they interfere with their own progress.
When people set a goal, the moment they waiver, or lose momentum or question themselves and their ability to follow through - they want to look away. That is when I step up and hold a mirror for them.
Until we are willing to look at who we are, what we are choosing and how that is forming who we are becoming - we will always get lost somewhere between setting a goal and living the experience of fulfilling that goal.
For the most part, most people understand that it is necessary that we set goals.
We don’t stop there. In fact, that’s when the real work really starts. Goal setting isn’t just about setting a goal - it’s about considering how we have to manage ourselves to reach that goal.
The problem? We are wired for pleasure and comfort and most of us have spent most of our lives avoiding discomfort. Anytime we set a goal that will expose our full potential, it will require us to reach out of our comfort zone. To evolve and extend and be challenged.
Do you see the problem? If we are wired for pleasure and comfort but required to be uncomfortable in order to reach our goals, the moment we start to make progress is the same moment we will want to retreat make into the comfort we know.
After 4 weeks and 10kg lost - Steve reflects on his first take away meal and how his body felt after indulging on his favourite fried foods.
We take a deep dive into what it takes to get back on track and stay on track if you decide to eat off plan when you have been following a nutrition plan for fat loss.
Listen in as we share insights into why we self sabotage & why the same approach will not always remain relevant when making progress towards your goal.
A unique, powerful insight into fat loss - useful for anyone who has set a goal and not followed through, or anyone that is desperate for an approach to weight loss that doesnt involve strict, rigid guidelines and constant self loathing.
Actionable steps to lift yourself out of a fitness funk.

Years ago, whenever I set goals, it took all my energy and will power just to follow through. It would deplete me of everything - my energy, my mood, my joy, my optimism. It took everything for me to get up and get started without just jumping off the bandwagon.
I would set goals hoping to find joy and optimism and connection when I had reached that goal. I believed Id only be happy once I saw a certain number on the scales, or I could back squat like a boss. Id push myself, and and beat myself up along the way. Some of the things I would say to myself were just awful. It was exhausting because it would take all my energy to get started and even more energy to start again when I had inevitably messed it all up, not followed through and self sabotaged in ways you wouldn’t even believe.
Now, after a shit load of inner work and dedication to mindset mastery - I know I have to start the process of setting goals WITH joy, optimism and connection, or not at all. What we do BEFORE we get started will ultimately dictate how successfully we follow through.
This episode explores the specific strategies that support Lena and Steve in not just setting goals and getting on track - but staying on track. It all begins with what you do BEFORE you begin.
Listen in as Steve Moxon shares how you can lift your Boxing Tech Skills from your couch by watching fights replayed on Youtube
Here is what we all need to understand - we answer the questions we ask.
I’ve recently come to understand that I have a subconscious radar within me that looks out for potential danger. I’m constantly scanning my environment and circumstances for challenges & threats. I’m unconsciously guarding myself at all times. Living that way is tense. It’s exhausting. It’s not in alignment with who I want to be and the way I want my life to feel.
⠀
So, before I go into the world, I have to take the time to quite literally enforce a gratitude practise on myself so that I can shift my mind from searching and scanning for things that are out to get me - and instead look for things I can be grateful for.
Listen in as we share how just 2 minutes can make a lasting impact on how you experience the world.

We talk about deciding to believe that no matter what has happened in our past - we get to decide what comes next.
We are really proud and more that a little bit excited that behind the scenes we are working hard to produce the details for the 6th round of The Training Room Geelong Run Crew. Over the last few years we have facilitated 10km and half marathon running programs for our members – most of whom had NEVER thought they would be able to actually complete a running program.
The power in these programs is seen in the connection made within our community and the breakthroughs we witness everyone have as they blow their own damn minds with what they are actually capable of!
We are always looking to up the anti on the value we give to our members, so we are thrilled to be collaborating with Patrick O'Connell of Movepod – his masters in podiatric practise and passion for working in the sports health and musculoskeletal space makes him an absolute asset to us as we explore how to ensure our members can pursue running goals – injury free!
Listen in as we discuss potential injuries, plans of attack to alleviate pain and we get answers to the common question – how do we know when its time for a new pair of shoes!?
Enjoy this episode!

In todays episode we are diving in to what may seem like a superficial topic on the surface – the use of filters on social media.Would you be game enough to tell your wife that the filters she is using on social media are making her look ridiculous?**Steve did just that - and this episode is a recount and reflection on what that advice stirred up and what it has meant moving within our business and as individuals.
This episode will prompt you to consider whether you are holding onto behaviours, patterns or ways of being that no longer serve you. We invite you to use this as a gentle nudge in the ribs to take a closer, unfiltered look at yourself too.**
“Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky.
Conscious breathing is my anchor.” - Thich Nhat Hanh
In this current climate our circumstances have quite literally exposed our capacity for emotional regulation.
Practising breathing can actually support you in developing behavioural traits that will have long lasting benefits and support you in all areas of your life. Patience, confidence, awareness, clarity.
Behavioural traits are important because they give us the resources to cut through emotional states.
Emotional states are temporary. All of them. Joy, excitement, anger, sadness. Some states feel easier to withstand than others.
It is worth investing time and energy into developing practices that you can keep within your own personal toolkit to cut through the emotional states that do not serve us.
In todays episode we are going to explore breathing as a practice. Monique Medved has recently completed a 30 day breathing challenge facilitated online by Wim Hof. She documented her experience in detail and shared it on her youtube channel. With other 10 thousand views in the blink of an eye, the documentation of her experience and insights has inspired many.
We are sitting down with her today to explore breathing has a practice, this episode may just be the nudge to the ribs you were looking for to take a deep dive into a similar experience for yourself

Meet Adrian Allen : Mate and mentor to many
***Adrian has spent the last few years motivating, supporting and inspiring people from around the world to invest in themselves, make lifestyle changes and reclaim their own personal power.
He spent years as a coach in Phuket, Thailand before moving to Bali and then being inconvenienced by Covid-19 and having to shift his mindset (and his whole life) for the time being.
Listen in as he describes the reset protocols he relies on to ensure he is living as an "awesome human".
These simple, straightforward steps to set yourself up for success will inspire you to take the lead in your own life too.
FROM THE BLOG:
I am so excited to share Adrian with you all - why?
The story runs deep into my past.* Over the weekend I dug deep into my memory to walk you through one of the most secretly frustrating journeys Ive ever walked through: my self sabotage. In particular, the demeaning way I would demand a certain display of discipline from myself when it came to making strides towards the goals I had set for myself within business.
I would fuel myself with the words of mentors and experts, gurus and guides and dive into the week ahead of me clutching a long list of MUST ACTION items and an almost crippling fear of failure. I was exhausted. But, an eternal optimist – I found it within myself to believe that if I just gave it one final push this week, I might hit that illusive revenue record I was blazing for. Here’s what I was missing – the pressure I was putting on myself was immense. The world load, ludicris. The self talk – scathing. I had set myself up to fail.
Whats worse was that in setting myself up to fail, I didn’t just fail to reach the goals set, I failed to make any progress whatsoever! We self sabotage so that we don’t have to face failure. We come up with justifications and excuses and play a hard core blame game that gets us off the hook for this week – and pushes us to start planning for next week instead.
The success I already had and the remarkable growth I was in fact producing was overlooked because I was always aiming for more. I called it driven. I believed it was ambition. I hoped it was the key to fulfillment. It wasn’t.
It eroded my spirit.
As the story goes, moments of defeat often saw me booking a ticket and flying to my favourite sundrenched corner of the world. As the sun hit my skin and my feet touched the sand I would let go of materialism, comparison and competitiveness and simply be. It was instant. It was magic.
It was there, on that island that I met individuals that helped reframe my view of the world. These connections will forever be held sacred to me because they were forged at a time that I was completely disconnected from myself. These people helped me to recalibrate and regain sight of my true north. They had no idea of the impact they had on me.
Last night I had the opportunity to sit down and catch up with Adrian Allen with the intention of sharing his energy and insights with my entire community. His honest, straightforward recount of the struggles he has faced during quarantine and the way he has consciously chosen to bring structure to his day to be a more ‘awesome’ version of himself is inspiring. Its genius in its simplicity and more importantly – it’s a shining example of what happens when you actually allow yourself to build a relationship of integrity, respect, and compassion with yourself. Setting yourself up for SUCCESS will not only feel better, it will produce better results.
Are you sick and tired of battling cravings, fighting urges and dealing with guilt after mindlessly devouring anything and everything in your fridge?
You aren’t alone.
Many of us can recognise that we have an unhealthy relationship with our sense of self, our body image and food. But simply recognising this does support us in making long lasting change – what now?
Who we choose to become and what comes next will be shaped by what we believe. Believing that we are worthy and able of learning to nouriah our bodies, minds and souls – is a choice we get to make. Its our privilege as humans to believe whatever we want to believe.
Here’s the thing – when there were goals, dreams or passions related to your relationships, business, health, finances or your self confidence that you hadn’t fulfilled, it can become difficult to trust and believe that you are capable of reconciling your relationship with food and becoming a more mindful eater..
I get it – Ive been there & that is exactly why I want to offer up this immersive experience for you to deep dive and reprogram the way in which you decide what you believe and how you approach food. I know that when you choose to believe in yourself life becomes a whole lot more INTERESTING and way more FUN! When you free yourself from mindless eating and move towards eating mindfully – you release guilt, anxiety and shame.
Wouldn’t that be an incredible feeling?
If you know you're WORTHY OF MORE but you constantly get in your way or second guess yourself – don’t worry, this experience is just what you need to reclaim your self confidence and believe in yourself. This Masterclass will support you in treating your body with kindness and compassion.
Creating a clear vision for your future self and believing in that with conviction and certainty will unlock endless energy, resilience and resourcefulness within you. Learning specific strategies to approach nutrition and mindful eating will change your life.
There is a subtle difference between wanting to believe in something and actually believing it. That difference is powerful.
Join Clinical Nutritionist Kate White and Mindset Mastery advocate Lena Moxon in an immersive masterclass that will give you the space and the permission to turn inward and reprogram your own self talk & reaffirm what you believe you know you are worthy of. Learn specific skills and strategies to move from mindless to mindful eating.
The concepts explored and exercises shared will fast track your ability to set and achieve goals to design and live a life that fulfils you.

Checking in - how are you handling self isolation?? Yes friends, thats right. We want to know how YOU are dealing with self isolation, not how self isolation has impacted you.
Together we are working to strategically integrate things into our day that promote wellbeing physically - but also mentally. Allowing yourself to switch off and zone out in such an intense climate is a gift you NEED to give yourself daily.
Listen is as Steve Moxon shares his simple strategy for maintaining a positive attitude & ensuring that he is showing up with energy for his community and his family through self isolation, despite the headaches & road blocks living and working (or not being able to work in our case) through a global pandemic.
Ive never met a person who at some point in their lives hasn’t feared loneliness. It kept me in a relationship that had long reached its expiry date. For a long time I believed that in order to get over my fear of being alone, I had to get really good at turning inward and being by myself. I believed that in order to not let the fear of loneliness hold me captive, I had to become content with my own company.
While this is true, it is not the only answer.
Here is what I realised. What we focus on, grows. The more attention we give something, the more it is magnified. When we fear something, we are giving it power. Even as we make attempts to move away from a fear, we are affirming its power over us. If we are in fact afraid of feeling lonely – its counter intuitive that the answer would be to spend more time alone.
I have a different perspective. I found a different way to release myself from the fear of loneliness.
Taking full accountability for how my actions have lead me to ever feeling loneliness in the first place. Loneliness doesn’t just hunt us down and capture us. We actively choose to move towards it. That’s often a hard truth to accept. We are always the problem and the solution.
At that time I felt trapped in a relationship that lacked connection and intimacy. I never clearly and articulately expressed this to my partner. I didn’t seek professional help to support me in finding the words I needed to express my truth. Rather than ask friends to share some energy with me and help me find moments of joy, I simply chose to pull away from those relationships because I felt I had nothing to offer. I ended up suffering in silence. That was my choice. That was my invitation for loneliness to find me.
Luckily, the universe spared me – and helped me learn quickly. Long story short, I fled my situation. I got on a plane and flew to my favourite, sun drenched corner of the world. An island that gifted me with salt water, coconuts and random connections that changed me forever.
I was angry at the world, disconnected from myself and lost. The thing about random corners of the world is that they are more often than not filled misfits from other corners of the world. There was an unspoken understanding between everyone I met that we were all escaping something, someone, some place – and that we had come to this island for respite. I kept to myself, offering polite smiles when I had to. Those polite smiles were taken as invitations for connection – and hand on heart, every person I met over the next few weeks has been one of the biggest teachers in my life. It sounds ridiculous, but the universe gifted me with crazy gurus. People that I could see myself in & that reflected parts of myself that I had forgotten I had within me.
As I allowed myself to be vulnerable enough to share my truth, speak the words on my heart and allow others to listen, empathise and give me support – I realised that loneliness was a choice and somehow I had decided to choose the opposite. Connection. Vulnerability. Community.
What I learned was that we not only get what we give, we get what we are open to receiving. The friendships forged during that time are rock solid. Even when we all went back to our original corners of the world – the bonds made have never been broken. We check in with each other, we reach out and celebrate the happy times and instantly offer support during hard times.
I have had countless messages since this pandemic rocked our world from those very friends that saw me come to terms with a new normal just a few years ago. We are reassuring each other – we adapted to a new normal before, we can do this again, you are not alone.
So friend, if you are feeli
**In Today's episode we deep dive into why 300 burpees was a strategic goal set to tap into resilience and reignite self belief!
We explore what BELIEVING really means and the ways in which you can reprogram your self belief today to create a brighter tomorrow (even in the darkest of times)**
Today I did 300 burpees for fun.
Does that make you immediately assume I am a psychopath? Have you already decided we have nothing in common and we could never be friends?
Hold onto your judgement for just a few minutes & let me explain why I took a deep dive into such a seemingly unenjoyable experience this morning.
Now more than ever I am curating experiences that provide me with the evidence I need to reaffirm my belief that I am a person that can set goals and follow through with action.
There is a difference in being a person that refuses to believe something without a lot of evidence & being a person that just believes whatever they have decided to believe.
I fall somewhere in the middle at the moment.
I set specific goals for the growth of my business this year & at the beginning of the year it was easy to believe we would undoubtedly hit our targets. But, evidently, there have been significant challenges that have presented themselves. I, like many other business owners, am at a crossroads. I can either believe that it is no longer possible to hit my targets and manifest the goals I had set for myself and my business this year – or I could decide that what is happening today doesn’t have any impact on the goals I have set. Instead of frantically doing the maths & finding ways that things aren’t adding up and opening the door to doubt, I can choose to see my total revenue for this month as a stepping stone to the goal I have set for this year.
I can choose to continue to believe we will find a way to reach our targets and hit the goals we have set by the end of the year. The question I asked myself was ‘What is the downside to believing something all the way through to its manifestation? What would be the worse thing that could happen if I believed with 100% conviction and certainty that I was still going to smash those goals this year?’
The goals I have set have very little do with the actually hitting the targets and the revenue associated with that. It has everything to do with being a person that shows up believing in that goal. In becoming a person capable of achieving that goal. The way in which I will show up and serve my community in pursuit of this goal is bigger and brighter than anything anyone could imagine.
I refuse to be a person more aligned to doubt than belief.
It is my privilege as a human to believe in something without proof. I don’t know how this year will play out – but I am choosing to believe that I will continue to wake up and find ways to take a step closer to the goals I have set every day, not just on the days it feels easy to do that.
There is a widespread sense of despair at the moment. It is not completely unjustified. But I think it is worth noting that pershaps it is spreading because as humans, it is tempting to simply believe what other people believe because it makes us feel more connected to them.
So – back to my 300 burpees this morning. This was simply an exercise in revealing whether I could set a goal that intimidated me and believe I was going to do it anyway. I did not want to do it alone. I know I am motivated by the energy of supporting others around me and in relying on the energy of a group to lift me. We opened it up to our community and 99% of people laughed it off. They were committed to doubt, more than belief when it came to burpees.

Feeling pain, angst, anxiety, fear, overwhelm – it can be undeniable. You cant simply choose to shake it off, or think happier thoughts. It is in recognising this that you can to acknowledge that the only way forward is with that pain. You might have no choice but to build your future with all of those feelings in tow.
You can make immediate progress the moment you allow yourself to feel ok about not feeling good. Too often we judge ourselves harshly for the feelings we harbour within us. I decided that I didn’t have to pretend to not have those feelings. I gave myself grace to understand that feeling lost, confused, resentful, regretful, afraid, was all part of the process of processing a significant, life changing event. I wasn’t immune to this part of the human experience – so it made so sense to resist it.
Sometimes, to process what we have been through we need to seek professional guidance.
In this episode we reflect on past experiences that have taught us that it is possible to move forward - even when you dont feel great about it.
Sometimes you just have to give yourself the grace of feeling your feelings with judgement.
If you are riding a rollercoaster of emotions lately - this episode is for you.

Now more than ever we need to be consciously choosing joy. This episode is a raw look into our household and how we are holding each other up - despite all the reasons we have to feel down.
Listen in as we discuss specific strategies we are relying on - and be inspired to reflect on the ways you could generate more joy today
I had to give myself a very stern talking to today. It didn’t go well. My higher self is such a know it all sometimes!
I caught myself feeling entitled to be adversity free. I was running on the treadmill and shaking my head thinking ‘CANT I CATCH A FREAKIN BREAK?’ You see, I literally lost everything only a few short years ago and I have faced the adversity that came with rebuilding my life from the ground up. I like so many others out there in the world felt like this new decade was going to be my time to reap the rewards of my resilience.
So – to find myself in the middle of a global pandemic, being told that my business is non essential and can no longer operate feels highly unfair. Surely I should get a free pass?
Surely the adversity I have already endured should entitle me to bypass this chaos? Right?!
We are sharing an audio resource we created as part of a 5 day POP UP group we ran online earlier this year : MASTER YOUR MINDSET
Of all the resources we presented, this audio recording stimulated the deepest connection between members as they were compelled to come forward and share their reactions to this experience in particular.
Should you need support in managing your mental health, please seek the appropriate medical guidance. These resources are intended only to act as ice breakers to stimulate conversations and connections.
Day Two: FUTURE SELF (15 mins total)
Ive NEVER shared this before - so Im a little nervous about it.
This Audio will explain how I was able to find my way out of the darkness of depression that pulled at me and threatened my ability to see a way forward a few years ago.
(Long ass story short - I fell out of an 11 year relationship and realised that when my marriage fell apart, the rest of my life was soon to follow - my career, friendships, family, possessions, my home, my name.. everything fell apart..including me)
If you feel a little lost - and you are disappointed in the choices you have made, and maybe you dont know where you are heading...THIS IS FOR YOU.
I open my heart and share this with you - it seems simple on the surface, but if you really allow yourself to be open to this action task - I promise you, you will feel IMMEDIATE shifts within you that will guide you in taking IMMEDIATE action today.
Action Task: You must listen to the Audio before completing this task
Imagine who you want to be 10 years from now.
Sit and write a letter to your present self.
What things would your future self warn you about.
What would they tell you to stop doing and what would they urge you to start taking more seriously?
If you are in pain – its not because you are weak. Its not because you aren’t built to handle what we are going through. It is because you are human.
Pain is inevitable - but that does not mean we should be suffering.
Like I said – I am no expert, but I am here and willing to open this conversation. At this time, in this world we find ourselves in, the best that we can do is stay connected and stay compassionate. To ourselves and others.
Listen in as we explore radical acceptance of pain to release ourselves from suffering.
Does self doubt sabotage you? Here's a look inside our 10km beginners running group - a space that pushes our members to choose to confront their limiting beliefs and consciously choose to react with a considered approach rather than just out of the emotion felt in the moment. If you have ever set a goal and not followed through - this 10 min quicky episode will speak to you (whether you are a runner or not!)
Your pace or mine?
This episode asks the question - does it make sense to train with your partner or is it a recipe for disaster?
Disclaimer: We are incredibly biased in our opinion because we met in a gym. We have experienced the way in which it is possible to best support each other in moments of struggle and to celebrate achievements too.
Beyond that, our relationship has been put through to the test through weight cuts, world title fights and the highs and lows of professional fighting. So you could say we have learned a thing or two worth sharing when weighing in on this topic!
Listen is for specific strategies to cultivate communication, avoid arguments and ensure that you are strengthening your relationship (we have seen it go the other way for many couples over the years!)
Taking a deep dive today on the ways in which people can feel like they are outgrowing the people around them.
I have immersed myself in environments that promote personal growth and development and for the most part it’s a great vibe, its inspiring – but let me share with you another truth, one that is mostly unspoken.
Sometimes – when people are working on themselves and investing in their own development – they can become assholes. Arrogant in their pursuit of progress as they exude this ‘better than’ attitude. These are the people that declare they are outgrowing everyone around them.
These are the people that cut everyone off they they deem unworthy or unhelpful to their cause.
This energy, this way of being – its unnecessary and its pretty ugly.
If you are working towards a goal it is likely that you might face resistance from the people around you. It is likely you might feel frustrated that the people around you just don’t get you. That doesn’t mean you have to cut them out of your life entirely.
What needs to change as we are changing?
Lets dive deep on this question today.
After a whirlwind trip to Las Vegas, Steve and Lena reflect on an experience that saw them step out of their comfort zone and onto a spin bike. Listen is as they talk about Steve's first experience at SOUL CYCLE and be motivated to step up in your own life to try something new. He discusses the feelings it triggered to be in a new environment, looking a bit silly, trying something new.
In this episode we explore ways to encourage people to get started in the gym, or to try something new. The best intentions can fall flat if your approach isn't well considered. Your excitement can actually be overwhelming rather than motivating. Listen in for our best tips on how to ensure you are able to motivate someone to come into the gym for the first time.
We dive into why we dont believe that comparison is the thief of joy. We explore the ways in which the expectations we hold for ourselves can be what actually drains us and depletes our capacity for confidence. This mindset shift will transform the way you approach new experiences and the way in which you judge your performance in the gym.
After a divorce, I divorced life as I knew it. It wasn’t just my relationship that wasn’t working for me -so much of the way in which I was experiencing the world was making me miserable. I divorced it all. In traditional wedding vows we state ‘ till death do we part’ I have realised now that even though I didn’t die – a version of me did. The old me is dead. I am in a phase of my life where I have taken gull accountability for who I am and how I show up in the world. Sounds empowering right? It is – but it also sucks in a lot of ways. Questioning my own beliefs and observing the reactions I fire off with isn’t always pretty. Im facing some hard truths. There are moments where I have breakthroughs and feel a rush of freedom and then there are moments when I feel shame. Its all part of the human experience. Im relating what I am going to to weight training. In order to build a muscle, to make it stronger, it needs to be broken down and torn apart and then refuelled. That’s what I am doing – breaking down my barriers and unconscious beliefs and rebuilding my sense of self and the way I show up in the world.
In this episode I take a deep dive into how I am dealing with separating myself from anxiety and building a new relationship with it.
If you are someone that experiences anxiety, here is what I have personally found to be useful in the moment that anxiety is gripping me.
Stop. Observe the anxiety.
Take 3 deep breaths.
Ask yourself ‘why am I feeling like this’ and trace the feelings, to the fear, to the beliefs that have generated that fear. Understanding why you are experiencing anxiety allows you to be kind, loving and nurturing to yourself.
Listen in as Two Time World Champion Steve Moxon weighs in on the way Boxing Sparring can work as a catalyst to combat depression. Steve opens us and shares the way in which having a healthy outlet is vitally important for men so that they can maintain a strong sense of self to “keep their own batteries charged”. Avoiding burnout and investing in your health and fitness makes you a better parter, father, friend and human.
Listen in for insights into why investing in yourself and finding a hobby that is supported by a strong community can elevate your sense of self and contribute to your overall health and happiness.
Today's Episode is all about Gratitude, but heres what you need to know:
I AM NOT going to ask you to stop and look around you and wake up to the blessings you already have.
It doesnt sit well with me. ANYTHING outside of ourselves can be taken away from us. So in knowing that, thats why we should be grateful for it - but it is also why we can set ourselves up for suffering and anxiety.
It is most important to strengthen the relationship we have with OURSELF in the here and now. This podcast will gently guide you to take a look inward and to consider whether you can be the mirror to your own wisdom.
When we can see the wisdom within ourselves, we are more likely to let our internal compass direct us to our true north. We no longer seek validation or let things outside of us influence what we already know to be true.
Ive NEVER shared this before - so Im a little nervous about it.
Listen in as I explain how I was able to find my way out of the darkness of depression that pulled at me and threatened my ability to see a way forward a few years ago.
“Often our blessings are stuck up in the air because there is too much mess on the runway”Isnt that powerful? I read that yesterday and it slapped me straight in the face. Too often the goals and dreams we have for ourself are right there for us – we just haven’t made room for them to land in our lives. So in setting goals for yourself its important to not get caught up in what is coming without taking a stocktake of what you are doing, saying, thinking, believing and allowing right now – and then getting rid of what is no longer serving you, to make space for the things you are working so hard to bring into your life. Goal setting on steroids happens at the beginning of every year, doesn’t it? People laugh off the fact that new years resolutions never stick. But why is that? If you take the time to set goals – why don’t you follow through? If you think the goals you set for yourself have been too big, too out of reach, not meant for you – that’s heart breaking! We can have anything we want in our lives – but we need to be willing to do what it takes to evolve and make room for what is to come.We set goals but then what happens? Instead of pouring our time and energy relentlessly into achieving that goal – We soon let ourselves get busy with the ‘busy things’ of our day to day life. The things that make us run around in circles all day before we crash and burn and have nothing much to show for it. Why do we keep ourselves busy?I think its because when we are reaching for goals we are reaching into unknown territory. Its uncomfortable because its new.We aren’t wired to be uncomfortable. We spend most of our lives searching for ways to feel safe, secure, protected.Setting new goals is fun and exciting – executing them takes work. Not hard, physical work – but work within ourselves. It takes A LOT OF WORK to work out how you operate as a human being. To understand why you do the things you do, and what it is going to take to bring about change in your own world. If you have not met yourself on that level, if you have not sat with yourself long enough to know how you work – then you will keep busy to avoid that. You will keep doing things that keep you busy to stop you from thinking and feeling. You will then be able to claim you didn’t let go of the desire to achieve your goal – you were simply to busy to make it happen.Lets explore that. There is some truth in it.To do what is needed to hit goals you have to make time to do the things that need to be done. So immediately after deciding you want a new outcome in some way in your life – You need to consider what is it that sucks time from you? What is it that is taking up the time you need to make your priorities a priority?
If you could meet your idol, shake their hand and look them in the eyes - what would you say to them?
Listen in as Steve and Lena recount the opportunities that lead to them standing toe to toe with their greatest inspirations. Be inspired by the way in which they dont hold back in openly sharing how they paved the road to confidently shake the hands of living legends.
Steve opens with a story about Iron Mike Tyson! This episode doesn't disappoint !
If you are like me you feel like you are pulled in a million different directions every day. My morning routine allows me to start my day feeling centred – but damn the world is a noisy, energy sucking machine isn’t it?
Reflection at the end of the day lets me check in with myself – its not enough for me to just slump down at the end of the day and say fuck Im tired. Im so glad that day is over. Is that any way to live?
I am a rebel – so I don’t make rules for myself. I don’t need to tell myself that I HAVE to do something every day (because its likely I will do the complete opposite) so because of that I don’t journal every night. BUT when my head is spinning too fast and I can feel that Im physically tense – my jaw is tight, my shoulders are somewhere up around my ears – I take a few minutes to sit down and write the answers to two simple questions. Before I share what those journaling questions are – lets make one thing verrrry clear : Actually putting pen to paper when you are reflecting or trying to clear your mind is SO important – it slows you down. You cant write as fast as you think. So when your monkey mind Is going bananas and your thoughts and feelings are bouncing all over the place and throwing shit at the walls – sitting down and writing will help regulate that. It will slow you down ever so slightly. Sometimes when we are caught up in a whirlwind of thoughts, replaying conversations, having arguments with ourselves – being forced to just slow it all down is exactly what we need to help us change our state.
So here are my two journaling questions to help me explore why I am in a funk at the end of the day.
The first question is simple: Write 3 good things that happened today.
It’s a simple question and only needs a simple answer. I don’t write an essay. Its literally 3 dot points.
Its important to not overthink it.
Its important not to judge yourself in the moment you are writing.
Its so easy to edit yourself isn’t it? If the first thing that comes to your mind seems materialistic or superficial – we quickly stop ourselves and think ‘damn it – no! You are supposed to have more depth! Think again, think better’. Its important to allow yourself to write unapologetically. Give yourself the freedom to just be honest. We can get so used to presenting a version of ourselves that we think is the most acceptable to the world for so long that we can fall into the trap of trying to convince ourselves that’s who we are too. So when you ask yourself the question – what were 3 good things that happened today – write about the delicious sushi you had at lunch if that’s what pops into your mind. The important thing in any reflection exercise is that you are honest.
Question number one was pretty easy right? Takes less than a minute to get it down on paper.
Question Two requires a little more from you.
The second question is: What did I do today that was meaningful ?
The word meaningful is what makes this a game changer. Its not how productive was I ? Its not how efficient was I? Its not did I move the needle forward in my business? Its not did I complete my to do list? The question is – what did I do today that was meaningful?
That question is open to interpretation. What is meaningful more me might not resonate with you – the importance lies in understanding what is actually meaningful for you. Would you agree that most people have pretty high standards for their external world – they bust their ass in business, they want a certain car, their house has to be on trend, they need to travel to places that are Instagram worthy, they need to buy the right clothes and look a certain way – but they don’t spend nearly the same amount of effort and energy mastering their internal world.
Most people will give everything that they have in trying to build that external image – they hustle and grind and override burnou
We want you to have everything you want in this lifetime – right now. We want you to realise that you are your greatest asset. You are in the drivers seat of your life. You and only you can decide whether you wake up and live a life better than your dreams – or if you wake up wishing you could pull the covers back over your head.
In the gym, it is common to overhear people saying that they feel like that have hit a plateau, the are stuck or unmotivated. If you hear yourself saying those things, making those excuses, half assing your way through the day, the week, the month, the year – your whole damn life – I want you to know that you don’t have to live life feeling that way. You just need to come face to face with one big reality - you just haven’t committed to anything. You just don’t know what it means to go all in.
In this episode of the Moxon Weighs In Podcast, two time world champion Steve Moxon reflects on how he built a rock solid career on a strong foundation of confidence. He explains why a willingness to fail is a necessary character trait for any aspiring fighter - or anyone hoping to make progress and stand out in any area of their life.
"You need to throw yourself into a situation where there is no turning back, thats what I did for my whole career"
Lena explores what is known as the 'confidence, competency loop' and explains why confidence is generated through action. Confidence isnt a 'feeling' we can expect to cultivate. You will only consider yourself to be confident in a particular area when you have experience under your belt.
"You dont become a confident runner by sitting on the couch. You wont become a successful boxer by watching on the outside of the ring..."
Listen in to be inspired by the concept of 'in ring experience' and how it applies to health and fitness, sports, business, relationships.
"Wins and losses arent always important. How many times has an opponent been in the ring? How many times have they put their heart and soul on the line? That counts for a lot"
Steve and Lena share examples of mistakes they have made in business this year and explain how those very mistakes have propelled them forward rather than making them hesitate in making their next moves.
If you have a dream, an idea, a goal, a vision for your life - and you arent actioning your intentions, THIS IS THE EPISODE FOR YOU.
If you have made progress but are finding it hard to stay 'motivated', THIS IS THE EPISODE FOR YOU.

How do others perceive you? Are there misconceptions, stigma and stereotypes surrounding your profession?
Are there people in your life that have a certain image of you that they cant let go of?
In this episode we explore the ways in which misconceptions and stereotypes impact our business. We know we cannot control others - all we can control is the way in which we react and respond. Sometimes, that is easier said than done!
Listen in as Lena and Steve open up about the way in which Steve's professional fighter negatively impacts the perception of them within the community. They explore the way in which Steve's moral character is cast into doubt and the way in which they each deal with the reality of that differently.
This episode will make you question the stereotypes you project onto others.
Is being a fighter a character trait or a profession? Steve explores this question in detail and comes up with a definitive answer.
Our Time World Champion candidly shares:
-What the initial attraction to fighting is
-The reality of fight sports as compared to the perception of it
-How being a professional fighter impacts other areas of your life
They discuss the way in which Steve's professional fight career impacts their business today and the way it will likely show up in their future.
A brave, honest insight into what goes on behind the scenes of the fight world & small businesses.
If you have ever been misunderstood you will likely relate to what is explored in this episode. Steve's attitude & strategies for overcoming stigma will inspire you to remain true to yourself - despite what the world might say about you anyway.
Speaking from experience. A deeply insightful and powerfully honest conversation between two champions. In this episode local legend Rocky Pirrottina sits opposite our very own Stone Cold Steve Moxon and what unfolds will give you goosebumps. When you are at the peak of your career it is easy to believe you will ride that wave forever. But all good things must come to an end - the question is, when?
When opportunities, money and notoriety are on the table - how do you know when it's time to stand up and walk away from that table. What happens to fighters when they step out of the ring for the very last time?
If you are an aspiring fighter, currently fighting or looking to retire - you need to listen to this episode.
If you are not a fighter, you will be captivated as you relate to feeling obligated to the roles and responsibilities you have built into your life & the challenges presented whenever we redefine who we are.
Maybe you have been in a job too long. It could be your relationship that has passed its used by date. How do we find it within ourselves to let go of who we once were to become all that we might be?
Meet Rocky.
In this episode Rocky articulates the way in which your body, mind and spirit will give you all the signs you need to let you know its time to move on. He shares the highs and lows of his own outstanding professional fight career and also recalls the way in which he witnessed our very own Steve Moxon losing passion for the sport he had dedicated a decade to, and the things he believes our two time world champion should focus on now.
Rocky is the friend and trusted mentor that every young man needs in their life - his words and his energy will remind you of whats truly important. Your ego will have to take a backseat. But your most authentic self will have the opportunity to take control of the wheel.
Inspiration and motivation. These buzz words are thrown at us every day. Look for it, source it, hunt it down, find it, hold onto it ...it all gets a little exhausting.
The biggest problem with it? People look to others to motivate them. It doesnt work - not for long anyway. In order to light a fire within you, you first need to understand what it is that will light a spark within you. Find that - and you wont need motivation. You will have purpose.
Meet EmilyThis gorgeous 20 something year old has figured this out for herself already. Pretty impressive right? Beyond that she has unlocked a new level of confidence within herself and is currently training for the Melbourne Half Marathon. Thats 21km of HELL YEAH !
What we love most about her story is that only a few months ago she entered a 10km fun run..and was the very last to cross the finish line. Did that dampen her spirits? No. Find out how and why this gorgeous young woman has cultivated confidence in her life and is working to reap the rewards of a positive mindset and actioning her intentions.
Your excuses are draining the life out of you. We are serving up hard truths in this episode & we aren't holding back.
Everyday you start from where you are. A direct reflection of the choices you made yesterday. Here is a question that should light a fire underneath you – have you reached your full potential yet ?
What is it that you know you could do if you just dropped the excuses. What would you go after? What would you narrow your focus on? Growing your business? Financial Freedom? Stronger connections with your kids? A better sex life? Are you living your life on your terms and does it look exactly the way you want it to?
No?
How much longer are you going to live without fulfilling your own desires?
Every week I speak to someone who considers dropping their gym membership. The most common excuses I hear for people deciding to give up on prioritising their own health and fitness is – Im too busy at work and I don’t have enough money.
In this episode we break those two excuses down.
We examine the Eisenhower Matrix & how it can support you in better organising yourself to reach peak productivity & drop the excuses that are holding you back.
Heartbreak. A fork in the road that offers two options. Be disillusioned by loss or inspired to completely reinvent yourself and change the whole trajectory of your life.
At an age and in a time that most young women are pushed and pulled by whats on trend, Monique Medved turned her heartbreak into the catalyst to finally connect with herself, her needs and the repressed desires within her.
An entrepreneur at heart, with experience under her belt - what Mon has created in the past 12 months is exciting and inspiring to say the least!
When anything is possible, there are no limits to the life you can dream up for yourself.
The question is - will you put massive action behind your dreams to make them your reality?
What burning passion or creative project are you sitting on? What would it take to bring it to life? Where do you even begin?
MEET MONIQUE MEDVED

All relationships take WORK! If you let your relationship begin to erode - it will impact every single area of your life.

In todays episode Steve and Lena expose the specific things that they each do when they goals that help them follow through with unquestionable commitment.
This episode is packed with specific strategies you can implement tomorrow to increase the likelihood of you becoming someone that smashes goals too!
Often when people join a gym, they have made promises to themselves. They might have promised themselves that they are going to train 3 times a week. They are going to cook healthier meals and stop eating from the drive thru. They are going to wake up at 5am. These promises matter. Fulfill these promises and you are laying down the foundations for self confidence. When you do what you say you are going to do – your confidence begins to burn brighter. When you trust yourself, you honour your word, you are able to stand strong within your own certainty – you are undoubtedly going to start feeling pride in yourself as your self confidence grows.
It is when we don’t follow through on the promises we make to ourselves we generate self doubt, disappointment, and we allow ourselves to repeat the negative thought patterns that hold us back from exploring our potential.
These strategies will get you back on track & the insights Lena and Steve give into their mindset will motivate you to push harder TODAY!
Listen in as we discuss and define the way in which social media can work for us - or against us. Tips and tricks to categories and edit the content we are consuming daily and take control of the messages that are impacting our energy and our experience of the world.
We take a close look at jealousy and share personal stories that shine a new light on this underrated emotion. Jealousy is something you should pay attention to - often it will give you the deepest insights into your unspoken needs, wants and desires.
Another Manic Monday? Maybe you need to take a chill pill like I did!!

…Maybe we need to retrain our minds to stop looking at things with a glass half empty mentality.
Listen in as we explore the ways in which we can make the most of the moments of clarity that come from our darkest moments.
