Due to COVID-19, for the past few months much of the American workforce has been working remotely, and this includes employees of Rutgers University. This is a big change for our employees, most of whom have never worked from home before.

This podcast, hosted by Rutgers IP&O Web Developers Paul Gogliormella, John Reda, and Richard Whittaker, while originally meant to shed some light on the challenges that may come with working remotely and how they work to overcome those challenges, has now evolved into catching up Rutgers with what has been going on with IP&O across all campuses.
