Most entrepreneurs know what they are great at but they often find themselves feeling stagnant because they know they can offer more to their company or clients. Not to mention their past accomplishments and mistakes have created so much doubt that they often finding themselves unsure of what their next move should be? But in business confident people always win! And that’s why we want our fellow entrepreneurs to have short term memory when they feel fearful and “Make their next move their best move”

Accountability can feel like an attack when you are not ready to take responsibility for your actions. We always say Business is a Sport and the effort that you put in generally represent your results. Most struggling solopreneur avoid the word accountability because they don’t want to admit that their lack of results is really a reflection of the person is the mirror. We know this is an uncomfortable reminder. But it’s You Vs You.

Even when you find your gift as an entrepreneur you begin to realize that your days start to look the same, and you no longer have to think about the task at hand; because it has become second nature! Most people think success is the receiving the blue check on Instagram or getting a million views on ticktok when in reality its the victories that no one sees that creates the true success. Becoming successful is a very repetitive task, sometimes very boring as well, and if you do it wrong you can feel stagnant in the process. The secret sauce in handling the repetition of success is keeping your core systems the same but adding variations to the process. The truth is, success isn’t sexy but the results after the grind and dedication always pays 10x the journey.

The word investing gets thrown around a lot when people talk about business but very few entrepreneurs truly understand the significance of investing their profits. Most entrepreneurs fail to realize that one compounding investment can eliminate the fear of going out of business forever and helps us hit our goals faster than we can imagine. But the million dollar question is when should an entrepreneur start investing? Now! The goal isn’t to work our way to financial freedom, the smart entrepreneurs invest their profits and let the compound effect do the rest!

As entrepreneurs we have all heard that you should know your value and stick to your standards but when times get hard, and our money starts to get short we go into survival mode. But we forget that when we bend on our standards we instantly lose our value and our credibility! It’s better to stay true to your standards and feel the pain than to bend your standards and lose your credibility. That why we believe “ People only do what they’re allowed “

One of the biggest misunderstandings we hear entrepreneurs and leaders say is that their goal is to obtain a good work life balance. This may sound good in theory until you are 20 years into your career still chasing that work life balance. As entrepreneurs we should not want a balance. We believe that there should be a time in your career where you work more than you have fun, and there should be a time where you have more fun than you work. We want to teach our fellow entrepreneurs how to create a work life harmony, not balance.

On your journey to obtaining massive success us entrepreneurs need to know what our legacy move is going to be. Meaning when you are officially out of the game of business, what impact did you leave behind that will carry out your mission. After a certain level of success, no one cares about much money you have made, but everyone will remember the lives you have impacted. That’s why we believe legacy is forever!

The fear of not being qualified holds back more entrepreneurs from teaching, than most can imagine. When in reality, we don’t truly understand a topic until we can teach it to someone else. The art of teaching others is a skill that we want our fellow entrepreneurs to embrace as leaders. The name of the game is to first run it up, rinse & repeat!

One of the biggest mistakes an entrepreneur can make is not adjusting along with their industry spectrum or better yet continue living off their past successes. We want our solopreneurs to know that what got you here may not be enough to get you to the next level of entrepreneurship. The only thing permanent in business and life is change. So when it comes to change we want our entrepreneurs to embrace it, get use to it, and most importantly, fall in love with it.

As an entrepreneur your work ethic should be a reflection of what season you are in. It is so easy for us as entrepreneurs to act like we are in a certain stage or season in business when our reality is completely different. Making more money is the name of the game but how we do it is even more important. We have noticed that many entrepreneurs tend to wear too many hats when it comes to making money. Instead of double down on their gift and finding different ways to expand on what they are already good at, they jump to another opportunity because they want to increase their income. Our goal is let our entrepreneurs know that they don’t need 7 different streams of income, but they can build one steam 7 different ways.

We want our entrepreneurs to understand that free content, services and products always leads to bigger sales down the line, the main component is knowing how to up-sell from free! That's why we believe in the freenium business model. The freenium business model is where users to get use a basic product or service for free but , pay for a premium version with additional features. Zoom and Dropbox are both perfect examples of companies who are using the freenuim business model. They have base plans that are free and have to option to upgrade to a better plan with more benefits and features.

Do you just want to “be good or comfortable”? This is the state where your business is just covering your all expenses, your savings is up to 6 months worth & you’re able to buy a few nice things & you have enough money to go on vacation 2X year . Is this the entrepreneurhood lifestyle you dreamed about ? Nah, dream bigger! We chose to do this episode because some entrepreneurs we have recently contacted never thought about the big picture.Majority of people let their environment influence them consciously & subconsciously how far they can actually go.They never dreamed about the all possibilities life has to offer.

As entrepreneurs we struggle with balancing our personal relationships with our business life. We feel if we want a great business we can't spend too much quality time with our significant other, and if we spend too much time with our significant other our business won't thrive.
So for this episode both KB and Leahcim decided to get out their comfort zone and talk about a topic that most entrepreneurs ignore or choose to not address. "How to have a work life balance" or better put "How to be a successful entrepreneur AND future husband to your spouse."
The 4 problems we addressed were:
Even though we have not mastered this topic, we feel that we have made leaps of progress in our personal lives and this defines what Entrepreneurhood is all about, a community where entrepreneurs can grow together.

Have you ever had too much pride to ask for directions because you felt like you knew how to get to your destination? Then you just kept driving with the hopes that you will eventually figure it out on your own? The reality is that roads change, traffic occurs, and accidents happen everyday. Having a clear marketing plan is like having a brand new GPS. Most entrepreneurs have a marketing plan or a basic understanding of what marketing is, however we feel like they are following a plan that leads to a dead end. In other words, they are following a broken GPS. Fellow entrepreneurs please fix your GPS, as in redirect your marketing plan. Your rise or fall of your business is dependent on your ability to execute a CLEAR marketing strategy. #Entrepreneurhood

Leahcim James was born in Kingston Jamaica, and moved to Queens New York back in 1998 when he was 5 years old. Not being an US citizen always kept Leahcim on his toes and made him realize from a young age that if he didn't work hard he would be poor forever. Growing up in the east coast made Leahcim realize that this world thrives on competition and discipline. Those two skills led Leahcim to graduate college with his bachelors degree in business in 3 and a half years, start his first company at the age of 22, give his mom $14,000 in her time of need, save over 100k by 24, and lose it all by 25 years old. Now that he has experienced so many ups and downs in business he has decided to team up with his childhood best friend KB to create Entrepreneurhood. A community where entrepreneurs can grow together.
