Even when you find your gift as an entrepreneur you begin to realize that your days start to look the same, and you no longer have to think about the task at hand; because it has become second nature! Most people think success is the receiving the blue check on Instagram or getting a million views on ticktok when in reality its the victories that no one sees that creates the true success. Becoming successful is a very repetitive task, sometimes very boring as well, and if you do it wrong you can feel stagnant in the process. The secret sauce in handling the repetition of success is keeping your core systems the same but adding variations to the process. The truth is, success isn’t sexy but the results after the grind and dedication always pays 10x the journey.

Most entrepreneurs fail to realize that one compounding investment can eliminate the fear of going out of business forever and helps us hit our goals faster than we can imagine. But the million dollar question is when should an entrepreneur start investing? Now! But we forget that when we bend on our standards we instantly lose our value and our credibility! It’s better to stay true to your standards and feel the pain than to bend your standards and lose your credibility. That why we believe “ People only do what they’re allowed “

One of the biggest misunderstandings we hear entrepreneurs and leaders say is that their goal is to obtain a good work life balance. This may sound good in theory until you are 20 years into your career still chasing that work life balance. As entrepreneurs we should not want a balance. We believe that there should be a time in your career where you work more than you have fun, and there should be a time where you have more fun than you work. We want to teach our fellow entrepreneurs how to create a work life harmony, not balance.

One of the biggest mistakes an entrepreneur can make is not adjusting along with their industry spectrum or better yet continue living off their past successes. We want our solopreneurs to know that what got you here may not be enough to get you to the next level of entrepreneurship. The only thing permanent in business and life is change. So when it comes to change we want our entrepreneurs to embrace it, get use to it, and most importantly, fall in love with it.

- Solopreneur season: team of one as a full time entrepreneur.
- Small team season: team of 1-50 employees making considerable profits.
- Scale season: displaying proper systems, sufficient capital, and having a competent team to continue growth.

When you become an entrepreneur you are no longer judged by your resume because you are now the boss! Instead everyone judges you by your results and your brand. Getting rid of your resume is an extremely scary thing but having the autonomy to prove your worth without a piece of paper is one of the most gratifying feelings in business. That’s why we want our entrepreneurs to know that “Your Brand Is Your Resume!"

As entrepreneurs we struggle with balancing our personal relationships with our business life. We feel if we want a great business we can't spend too much quality time with our significant other, and if we spend too much time with our significant other our business won't thrive.

When it comes to starting a new business, picking the right legal entity can be overwhelming. That's why most people decide to "play dirty" but the professionals eventually "level up". Whether you're selling drinks at your lemonade stand or cutting hair at your house you should want to legitimize your business. We discuss the benefits of asset protection, tax write offs, & business credit that's comes with the level up!
The three most common legal entities are a LLC, C corporation, and S corporation. Without having one of these entities to protect you can run into some serious problems. The 4 problems that KB and Leahcim addressed were:

Leahcim James was born in Kingston Jamaica, and moved to Queens New York back in 1998 when he was 5 years old. Not being an US citizen always kept Leahcim on his toes and made him realize from a young age that if he didn't work hard he would be poor forever. Growing up in the east coast made Leahcim realize that this world thrives on competition and discipline. Those two skills led Leahcim to graduate college with his bachelors degree in business in 3 and a half years, start his first company at the age of 22, give his mom $14,000 in her time of need, save over 100k by 24, and lose it all by 25 years old. Now that he has experienced so many ups and downs in business he has decided to team up with his childhood best friend KB to create Entrepreneurhood.
