Nick Brennt teaches from Ephesians 5 and 6, drawing out the deeper message behind Paul’s words on marriage, parenting, and slavery. Nick explains that while these topics may feel distant or outdated, the heart of the passage reveals that social reform has always been part of the gospel. By giving historical context on ancient Roman views of family roles and societal structures, Nick shows how the gospel radically challenged cultural norms. He emphasizes that before society can change, our hearts must first be reformed by Jesus. Through our personal reformation, culture will change. Nick reminds us that true joy, fulfillment, and purpose come not from chasing selfish desires, but from giving our lives away like Jesus did. Nick ends his message with a time of prayer, inviting listeners to let the gospel transform them from the inside out.
Nick Brennt teaches on the power of commitment and the impact it can have when we fully follow Jesus. Ultimately, if we desire more of the Spirit, we simply need to ask and pray for it with sincere hearts.
Nick Brennt teaches out of Ephesians 4:1-16, simplifying what Paul is saying and reiterating that Ephesians is our invitation into a deeper love encounter with Jesus--one that will transform us, the Church, and society as a whole. Nick explains how Paul--and ultimately God--calls the Church to be unified and show their love for each other, and through that unity and love we can influence the world. This happens not only through our love but also through the spiritual gifts. Nick lists the spiritual gifts Paul is referencing, explains them, and asks us to reflect on which gifts we have; because everyone has them. By using our gifts, showing the world our love for God and each other, and speaking the Truth of the Gospel everywhere we go we can grow as leaders and reach the world with the message of Jesus. Nick ends the sermon by asking everyone to reflect on what areas of love God is asking them to grow in, and praying for God to help them in that area.
Derek Mack unpacks the impact of the 1700’s Circuit Riders, sharing stories, stats, and their five core values, and explains how leaders like John Wesley and Francis Asbury changed history. He also points to King Josiah in 2 Kings 22 as proof that personal revival sparks cultural transformation. He ends by praying for the mantle of the Circuit Riders to fall on everyone, calling us to step into bold, transformative faith.

Through stories from the Book of Acts and his own life, Brian shows how God moves when we’re desperate, interruptible, and willing to cry out to Him. Before praying for global revival, he encourages us to seek personal revival, letting Jesus reignite our own hearts for the lost. He ends by praying for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit and a burden to intercede.
Zach Nash stirs up our faith by speaking on revival history and why we should be expectant for God to move like that again. He kicks things off with powerful stories of revivalists and how God called them to spark change. He reminds us that revival isn’t something we can start on our own—while we can move God’s heart through prayer, ultimately He moves when He’s ready. Zach breaks down the real definition of revival and how we too often throw the word around without understanding it. While we can’t force revival, we have a key role to play: praying and staying ready. He ends with a call to catch the flame and live with a hunger for God to move in our generation.

He calls out how we’ve softened the cross into this cute, peaceful symbol when in reality, it was a brutal torture device. The cross isn’t just another verse or a concept to understand; it’s the core of our faith, and without it, Christianity is powerless. Derek unpacks 12 powerful ways the cross transforms a believer’s life. He ends the message by asking us to reflect on three specific ways our lives should look different in light of this revelation.
Sam Storms breaks down how, if you’re in Christ, there’s no reason to live under condemnation—once you give your life to God, you’re redeemed for good. He explains that while we may feel condemned at times, it’s just a lie from the enemy that we need to actively call out. This freedom, though, is only for those who follow Jesus; God remains Holy, Just, and the ultimate Judge. Sam then lists 12 things God does with our sins and 3 things He will never do—driving home that there is truly no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.
Nick Brennt breaks down the difference between Jesus and religion, explaining how easy it is to misrepresent Jesus when we get stuck in religious rules. He describes two voices—God’s and Religion’s—and explains that we can tell them apart based on their fruit in our lives. That religion leads to judgment and division, while God’s voice brings life. Using the story of the woman caught in adultery from John 8, Nick shows that religion treats people as enemies, while God calls us to love everyone. Mercy, he says, is the opposite of religion. We can check how religious our own hearts become by how much we seek mercy for others over judgment. To truly represent Jesus in a world full of anger, we need to be all about loving people in every situation.
Derek Mack breaks down John 13, highlighting God’s overwhelming love for us—so big that it’s beyond our ability to fully comprehend. He explains the significance of Jesus washing the disciples’ feet, noting that it was considered the lowest job in society at the time. As he describes the context of this event, he shows how this is a foreshadowing of the Cross. Derek boldly states, “you don’t serve God, God serves you,” and supports this by showing how Jesus’ love on the cross is an act of service to us, and that He has always been working for our well-being. He challenges the listener by stating that this love should inspire us to love the world in radical ways, just as Jesus asks in John 13. Derek finishes by preaching the gospel and inviting people to enter a relationship with God, encouraging them to experience His powerful love.

While faith doesn’t guarantee specific outcomes, it draws us closer to God, who will move on our behalf, often in ways we don’t expect. Teaching from the story of the rich young ruler in Luke 18, he explains that Jesus asks us for our genuine surrender, not just behavioral modification. Nick identifies three key things we miss when we follow religion instead of Jesus and points out that our life’s goal shouldn’t be to “appease” God but to have communion with Him. Jesus modeled this through His constant prayers and habit of withdrawing from people to spend time with God. Zach then reads the story of the Samaritan woman who finally found the right well in Jesus. He points out that we often turn to the wrong “wells” such as fame, money, or relationships although these ultimately leave us thirsty for more. Only by drinking from the well of God’s presence through prayer are our priorities reordered, and our deepest thirst truly quenched. Zach ends his message by praying for the listener to experience a fresh encounter with God that leads to deeper connection and discipline in prayer.
Frank Damazio joins us for a special Monday Night message titled “Something Hidden In the Clay”, based on Jeremiah 18. He explains the meaning behind Jeremiah’s revelation upon seeing a potter shaping clay. Frank highlights that, even when we feel like failures or see ourselves as flawed, we are still in the hands of a loving God who isn’t finished with us yet. Just as the Potter can reshape messed-up clay, God can transform our lives, seeing greatness where we see only brokenness. Historical figures like Peter, Paul, and John Newton demonstrate how God has used the seemingly broken and insignificant to achieve remarkable things. He concludes his message with an invitation for fresh surrender, encouraging everyone to allow God to mold them into something new and purposeful.

Zach reiterates that the Beatitudes are about dethroning our ways of thinking and allowing God’s ways to reign and rule our hearts. He explores the promise of persecution, explaining that while various forms of persecution are promised to all believers, Jesus is with us through it all. He highlights that, as believers reflecting Jesus, we are the hope of the world, acting as salt and light. Zach concludes his message with a call to every believer to offer a fresh surrender to the will of God and to embrace the call to bring hope to the world through the Gospel.

They begin by defining biblical marriage and emphasize that dating, while not intended to be high pressure, should be approached with the intention towards marriage and building a God-ordained partnership to advance the Kingdom of Heaven. Some of the questions covered in this session include: “Do you believe in ‘The One’?”, “How can you avoid over-spiritualizing relationships?”, “Should a Christian date a non-Christian?”, “Can a girl pursue a guy?” and more! They also explore key indicators to determine your readiness for a relationship. Nick Brennt speaks on the vital role of healthy friendships in our lives and warns against the dangers of toxic relationships. He begins by highlighting the spiritual significance of nurturing healthy relationships. Nick explains that while there are people with bad intentions who engage in abusive behavior—and advises seeking professional support in such situations—we should adhere to “the golden rule” in our relationships. Rather than judging others by their worst moments, Nick reminds us of our shared humanity, acknowledging that everyone faces challenges and can sometimes be a bad friend. He addresses resolving unhealthy friendships with two main points: setting boundaries and engaging in courageous conversations. Michael Koulianos comes to speak about Jesus. He reads out of 1 Corinthians 2 about how we cannot rely on our own skills and talents to lead, but we must rely on the message of Jesus above all else. Michael tells us that the power of God has never and will never move past the cross and we must do the same. He calls out the different appearances of Jesus throughout the scriptures and commands us to find Jesus for ourselves in the scriptures. This is so that we can live out a lifestyle of dying to ourselves and living in the fullness of Christ in our lives.
Sam Storms talks about the power of partnering with God in prayer to influence the world around us. He reads about the testimony of the early Church in the book of Acts and their desire to devote themselves to prayer, and how we must also follow suit. Sam tells us that our language while praying must change to match the prayers that God is praying. He gives us 10 reasons why our prayer is so important and calls us to engage in a deep pursuit of a personal prayer life.
Nick Brennt speaks on the Church community and our purpose as members of the Church. He confronts the modern culture which tries to change and reject the church and calls us higher in representing Jesus as a church. Nick addresses the way we isolate ourselves from others and end up in distress and challenges us to engage and take part in what Jesus is doing in the church. He recalls several facts about the early church and calls us to invest in building the church like the believers in the book of Acts.
Zach Nash speaks on the significance of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection; and how life truly is hopeless without the Gospel. He reads scripture throughout the New Testament that highlights how significant Jesus' life is for us. He then emphasizes how God reconciling Himself to us is incomplete without the Good News of Jesus. He clarifies some of the misconceptions about the infilling of the Holy Spirit and explains why it's so important for us. It's an important message for us to allow God's Spirit to fill our lives and treasure his Spirit in us.
Nick Brennt begins a new series on the book of Acts, seeking to build faith not only in God but also the Holy Spirit. He reminds us how often we can often put trust in our own plans and strategy but forget our need for the Holy Spirit. That it's our response to God's leadership that activates us, but it's the declaration of the Christian faith to be utterly dependent on God. It's a call to radically seek and desire for the Holy Spirit to speak in our lives and submit to his leadership.
In the first Monday Nights of the year, Yasmin Pierce shares on Jesus’s resurrection power to those that believe in Him. She highlights how in modern culture we medicate our afflictions when we need revival, which is only found in Jesus. It’s a wakeup call for Christians to pray and believe in Jesus for resurrection in our generation.
Carlton Bates shares a special message about receiving our identity from God, continuing our series on friendship with Jesus. He goes all the way back to the beginning of scripture to unpack the original struggle with identity in the garden of Eden. He states that knowledge does not equal power, and that our identity comes from beholding the one who made us. It’s a powerful message about letting go of our own works and performance to get our identity and receiving our identity from God.
Derek Mack continues on the series of friendship with Jesus illuminating how we get to experience Jesus as our shepherd. He unpacks Psalm 23 and how shepherds will take their sheep into the wilderness to lead them to green pastures, and how that relates to our relationship as God's sheep. God meets us in the valleys of life, and it's the joy of a Chirstian experience that we get to embrace to be led and guided by him in the low places.
Zach Nash begins a new series on the character of Jesus and teaches about our ultimate privilege, knowing Jesus and being known by Him. He brings us into Matthew 7:21-23 to show us God is not interested in our works, but rather a deep personal relationship of knowing who we are. This is important because our ability to discern the presence of the Lord wherever we are is based out of our ability to know his voice.
Nick Brennt finishes the series on the fruit of the Holy Spirit on self-control and self-mastery. He emphasizes that mastery over yourself is one of the most important fruits of the Holy Spirit that we get to receive and teaches us that the worldly value of self-control is different from a follower of Jesus, which can only come from beholding the Father and surrendering ourselves to Jesus. Nick challenges the modern believer to let go of striving for self-control by ourselves, and to receive the love of Jesus and let him be your master.
Amy Ward teaches the CRX how the Holy Spirit is God and who he is and where he appears throughout the scriptures. She brings the school of the reality of waiting and experiencing the Holy Spirit fall at Pentecost. She then teaches about the attributes of the Holy Spirit in the Bible and how he can operate in our daily lives.
Chloe Mack continues the series on the fruit of the Holy Spirit, with a message on peace. She gives a report of our generation, which has been plagued by mental illness and the extreme views surrounding it, and she brings us into the many ways Jesus has healed her of anxiety in her own life. She calls us to the only solution to the issue of our generation, Jesus, and invites us to take bold steps to break the stronghold of anxiety over our generation. Peter Louis begins the second day teaching about the perfection of the cross. He talks about how our old self has been buried and how we must walk in the new inheritance he’s given us. He talks about how we must release the power we’ve given to man-made ministry and behold the power of the cross. He dives deep into a revelation of the cross and the resurrection of Jesus and he tells us to surrender to the crosses all encapsulating love of God.
Peter Louis starts day one of gospel week explaining how we must not only know the gospel, but we must also consume and take part in it. He urges us to never look beyond the cross and the sacrifice of Jesus for everything, because everything else will fall short of our expectations. It’s an invitation to allow the gospel to offend, change, and speak truth into our lives and never move past the blood of Jesus.
Michael Pierce teaches during Voices week on the importance of understanding the significance of Christianity in all races and cultures. He goes into the scriptures to highlight the evidence of people from many different backgrounds that were affected by God and the Bible. He confronts the belief that Christianity belongs only to white men by talking about the history of missions while also addressing the history of injustices done by people who've warped Christianity.
