Im a big believer of affirmation and a certified practitioner of Ho’oponopono, who has experimented extensively on the power of affirmation statements and have gain tremendous benefits through my practice.
Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian practice. It is based on the believe that every problem that we perceive around us exist within ourselves. The problem has never been about other people, the real crux of the matter has always been within us. It is humbling. it is a willingness to see that we created our own reality and only by clearing the negativity within us, can we heal the world around us.
Is there a problem that you cant seem to solve? Is there a person you cant forgive? Perhaps it is time to look within. Recite the Ho’oponopono prayer and you’ll find the solution you’ll need.

This chakra is located in between your eyebrows. When this chakra is balance and clear, you are open to receiving guidance and have clear perception, mental focus. You will also be able to think and make decision more effectively. This is also a chakra that you want to work on if you want to heighten your intuitive ability.
The color associated with this chakra is purple or indigo blue, so it will help if you visualise this color in that chakra when you are working with this recording.
You will find tightness or tension between your brows during the session. Nothing to worry about, its part of the process. Just relax and let it be. Allow yourself time to rest after the session. Cos some of you may feel a little light headed.

The Heart chakra is the energy centre that connects the lower chakras and the higher ones. This connection helps to bring alignment to our entire being. It may seem de-stabilising for a short moment, but you will regain your balance fast enough. Lots of dark emotions will also be toss out, so if you feel dense in your heart area, just surrender and let go. The cleansing that comes with this sound healing will be helpful. As you will hear later, the tones and rhythms that came forth for this session sounded almost like our inner self crying out for release, and I believe this session will do just that for us.
