We all know that your fitness journey isn't just what your doing in the gym, but it's about what you're making in the kitchen. I know that at least 8/10 people who have tried to figure out their way on their fitness journey they've tried their fair share of diets.
In this episode we will share our actually view points of many of these "yo-yo" diets and our own experienced. Myself and Josh walk through the ups and downs we've faced as we worked our way through our journey.
Often times we fall into this mindset that can be typically controlled by what we see online. There are times where these goals and expectations don't exactly fit your lifestyle or personality, but the idea makes us want it more.
However, social media has the tendency to make us believe that if we follow a certain lifestyle or plan we will achieve the picture perfect life that we see online.
In this episode Josh and I discuss the importance of our mental health and the relation it holds with our physical health. We discuss the importance of displaying all points of your life as an influencer and the importance of understanding that it's okay to have a bad day.
Starting something new is always scary. When it comes to fitness we struggle to find the right information, especially if we are at a vulnerable stage of our lives. On so many occasions we're scared to make mistakes and when we do we simply give up because it seems like the only thing to do. In our first pilot podcast I am joined by my good friend Josh Ferrer as we discuss the initial fears we had when we first began our fitness journey. We touch on topics like social media, nutrition, and anxiety as they all play a major role in our fitness journey.
In this podcast we hope to connect with you and help show those of you starting your journey that it's normal to be scared and have doubts because we all go through some form of that. The hurdles we overcome make us stronger and push to be better versions of ourselves, even if you fall a couple times along the way.
