There is a popular church song called These Are The Days Of Elijah. But they're not. They are the days of Jeremiah. Jeremiah was given an unwelcome task. Tell the people of God to repent otherwise God will destroy Jerusalem. However God also told him that they wouldn't listen.

Jehovah’s Witnesses of the Watchtower Society persistently knock on our doors and stand in public places to share their message. What do they believe? Is their Jehovah the true God? In this episode Rob and Lew present Great News for Sikhs. Sikhs have a profound religion, a set of values to aspire to, and are respected worldwide. Lew highlights the means of 'salvation' in Sikhism and describes the major differences between their belief and the Bible.
In this second episode in our new teaching series "Great News..." we look at what is possibly the world's largest religion and present Great News for Hindus.
Although Hinduism is one of the most widely believed religions in the world, many Hindu people do not really understand their own religion and have never applied truth tests to it.
In the book "Great News For Hindus" Lew describes Hinduism in an easy-to-understand way and explains the origin of Hindu belief and how it has changed in the last 3000 years. Hindus are invited to think logically through their faith and to reconsider the original belief in one God in the oldest Veda. He then explores the predictions of blood sacrifice in the ancient Hindu scriptures, how they have been fulfilled in history, and what that may mean for genuine truth-seekers.

While looking for a café in the Kaimai Ranges, two Israeli tourists turned up the wrong road and stumbled across a subdivision named after an Israeli town. That chance meeting led to the discovery of a forgotten WWI battle by the New Zealand Mounted Rifles that opened the way for the nation of Israel to be born. 80 years ago, the Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry (www.nzfoi.org) was founded as a compassionate effort to meet the spiritual and physical needs of Jewish people whose lives were displaced and tragically affected by the Holocaust. Since its inception in 1938, the ministry continues to stand against every form of anti-Semitism and support the right of the Jewish people to live in their ancient homeland, Israel.
Additionally, Friends Of Israel actively invests in educating Christians by teaching Scripture that exemplifies why loving the Jewish people and supporting Israel is integral to the Christian faith.

Like many missionaries in the past, Dorothy may not have been your first choice to send on the mission field... but she was God's! But she had to fight to do what the Lord called her to.
