So this is me and my podcast page: A BBC Dragons Den Star, successful businessmen, who at the same time dealing with mental health issues. Just before lockdown, I was diagnosed with Bipolar and since then I have suddenly realized I have been carrying so much baggage. With lockdown in full swing, join me in my weekly podcast as I try to unravel me and empty some of this baggage I seem to always carry. As I interview people I love, as I try and seek some sort of understanding of who I am.
So this was fun. I managed to get my sister to talk to me for an hour, within her busy social life! Loved this. Talking about me and Nic, about how we see each other and the about times when we were growing up. Even if no one listens, it was amazing to do and feel so much better! So Thanks Nic.
NB: look at old pictures, I can't believe how skinny I was. Worrying.
