During an online module we ran recently, people spoke a lot about the importance of routine and staying both physically and mentally active while keeping within the restrictions around Covid19.

This is our second podcast of a series of planned sessions during the Covid19 pandemic.

Eileen, Mid West ARIES Manager, is joined by two Recovery Education Facilitators,  Michelle and Cillian, to discuss staying active at a time when many people are staying at home a lot more and are finding perhaps that their worlds have become somewhat smaller.

Michelle is a staff facilitator with Mid West ARIES as works as an Employment Specialist with Employability Limerick and Limerick HSE Mental Health Services. Cillian is a personal trainer and has just completed the Peer Support course in Dublin City University.

Michelle and Cillian share some advice for people on staying active at this time.
