When something happens to you, how do you determine if it's a good thing or a ad thing? How you perceive that thing in the moment ma not match up to the outcome.
The reality is, we can't control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond to it, and that can mean the difference between how you move forward in life.
Finding time to rest is difficult in our fast pace, constantly produce, world. Add to the mix family responsibilities, sick kids, financial worries, and life's curveballs' if you'e not being intentional to find the to rest, something else will take that time form you. It's time to be intentional about our Sabbath, so we can work from a place of rest and not dragging ourselves to a place of rest.
Have you ever seen the kids show Bluey? It's amazing. My kids and I have been watching a lot of Blue lately, and I'm not even mad.
However, is it possible that a kids show could teach real life dads a thing or two about being a great dad to their kids? And what can we learn about God and His design for parenthood from a show like Bluey?

Luke 17:11-19 Tells us a lot about the importance of having an attitude of gratitude. We need to be careful that we don't become desensitized to the goodness of God in our lives. Taking the good things in our lives for granted can leave us believing God isn't worthy of the praise He rightfully deserves.
