It was the crowds the sung his praises that started it. But two of his disciples brought some people to Jesus. Something about that shifted God’s plan of salvation for mankind to the next gear. When we come to the place place, it can yield similar results in our lives.
She didn’t have much, but she gave it all. Somehow, that was more than anyone else put in the offering that day. What can we learn from the widow and her freewill offering?
She did it. No question about that. She was guilty. But Jesus does the unexpected and turns a death sentence into a second chance. He does the same for us!

Jesus said that all you need to move a mountain is faith the size of a tiny mustard seed. Yet it has never happened. How do we reconcile that?
Jesus told Peter that he would give him the Keys of the Kingdom. Wow…but what does that mean? And what had to happen in the disciples’ lives to get to the point when Jesus would give them such a trust? How does that speak to us today?
Jesus asked this question to his disciples after many people turned away from following him. He had just said some pretty hard sayings and people couldn’t hang with it. But there was something about the disciples’ response that can help us get through crisis and tough times today.
I start this episode with some thoughts about the Shelter in Place order and Sabbath. This episode is one that I personally have been looking forward to as we take a look at the heart of Jesus when he feeds 10,000-15,000 people from just 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish.
