We will dive into specifically into Minnesota High School Lacrosse, Club Lacrosse (we run 36 Lacrosse and Team36) as well as sports business in general. P-Mac and Ted are former College Coaches and P-Mac played at the NCAA Division 1 level, so we will be touching on the college game and pro lacrosse during the season as well. We are excited to talk and grow with the great game of Lacrosse and interview players, coaches, and other sports people as well!

Ted asked P-Mac his thoughts about defending 2 man game. 2 man game is a popular offense in the game of lacrosse right now that involves picks and mirrors all over the field. Tune in to hear what P-Mac has to say about defending this.
The team goes Down the Alley with Tom Smith. Tom is employed by Mayo Clinic and is assigned at North Central University. Tom has spent time in the NBA and has done various work in different leagues, colleges, etc. It was a pleasure going Down the Alley with Tom and learning from his experiences and his perspective as an athletic trainer.

Ted, P-Mac, and Katie went Down the Alley with an awesome guest, Carter Yepsen. Carter is a legend from the Rosemount Lacrosse program where he put up gaudy numbers in high school before he went on to play NCAA Division 1 lacrosse at Robert Morris University. It will be discussed in the episode, but Carter actually scored the goal to end P-Mac's high school lacrosse career, a rivalry that PL and Rosemount has had ever since. The team goes Down the Alley with Brian Kallberg, a former standout defenseman at Prior Lake High School where he won back to back state championships. Brian is currently playing at Lindenwood University, NCAA Division 2 team that will be making a run at the title this spring. Coach Kolon is currently the Head Coach of the University of Detroit Mercy Titans (NCAA Division 1) and the Assistant Coach of the Atlas Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL). Before coaching, Chris played at Rutgers University and played high school in the Detroit Area. P-Mac went Down the Alley with Merek Regan who is very involved in the game of lacrosse. Merek Started the game in High School at St. Cloud Tech, before going to Junior College at Genesee Community College in Batavia, NY. From there, Merek played NCAA D2 Lacrosse at Belmont Abbey. Merek now has moved back home and is a Director of Loons Lacrosse, D Coordinator of Northwestern, and recently accepted the head coaching position at Hill Murry. Ted and P-Mac go Down the Alley with Jeremy Goltz! Goltz, former head coach of Mankato University, is a coach and offensive trainer at 36 Lacrosse. P-Mac and Goltz played together at Prior Lake before Goltz and went on to have a successful career at Stevenson University, a top ranked NCAA Division 3 School. Pat Shelso visited the Down the Alley booth this week. Pat is a good friend of P-Mac as they have done some coaching together in the past, and is very involved in the game in a variety of ways in the area. Pat is currently an assistant coach at the University of Minnesota Duluth and is involved with the Prior Lake youth lacrosse association. On top of that, Pat has experience in lacrosse retail and graphic design. We think you will really enjoy this episode as the team went Down the Alley with Pat!
