2020 has been an insane year so far. No one could have predicted or been prepared for the trajectory this year has taken. From COVID-19 to an almost World War to what's happening in America right now, this year has shown us just how unpredictable everything is. Regardless, we still have to carry on living and on this episode, I discuss how we can use our intrinsic human values to get through everything that might seem like an inconvenience like the events of 2020.
