When you think of a workout, you probably think of sweat and hustle - the opposite of cozy well-being. So how does hygge align with running, strength training, yoga, or your spin class? Some of the happiest people in the world embrace hygge as a regular way of life, so what would it look like to hygge your workout? In my opinion, the mind and body are connected in such a way, that one isn’t more important than the other. This means happiness and enjoyment while moving your body is right up there with getting a good sweat and feeling strong.

You know you have to take rest days, and can’t go “all out” all of the time. So why are you still more tired, stressed, and not recovering as quickly from workouts?
Most workout plans or goal-setting strategies follow a linear approach, which I’ve found is outdated, unhealthy, and primes us for burnout.
I've created a blueprint to help you plan your workouts in a way that maximizes your peak potential, while working with your natural rhythms and cyclical body.
