What started as a promotion for Patreon turned into a "how to" regarding how my show is produced. Many folks have asked in the past about the nuts and bolts of Warbirds, and the general steps involved in getting a podcast going. This one may or may not be for you. There's no traditional "story" in this one. But for those that want a deep look in to how I publish each episode, as well as the infrastructure involved, this is for you. Time Stamps

There's more to this guys story than is normally published. Apparently, people just like to report the shock and awe. That's fine and all, but on this show, we dig. We give the reasons why this man could pull-off such a feat. And with style and ease to-boot.

How long was the longest dogfight? It's debatable, but this one is certainly in the running. Captain Elmer Royce Williams takes on 6 Migs by himself. That, of course, is what the plethora of internet articles will tell you. While Williams is certainly a hero of hero's, he received some great help from some men that are rarely talked about.

Many on social media would have you believe that a B-17 can land without a tail. They would like you to think that a commonly circulated photo of an airborne Fortress with the tail missing succeeded in landing with zero casualties. This is far from the truth, and if we're not careful, we will misremember their real story over time. Today, we remember the men that sacrificed their lives in this crippled bird.
