Putting History in Context: Views of the Past, Present, and Future from the Eyes of the World's Oldest Millenial
http://tritonknowledge.com/historicalcontext/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Early-Internet-Intro.mp3 This episode gives a short recap about the history and development of the internet before the internet became used for everything. This episode will set up future episodes about how things were done before you could do them on the internet with just a click of a button. For example, how would you book a flight or hotel, or how you could use catalogs to order things from the mail.
In this random episode, I discuss MLMs (multi-level marketing organizations) and DSAs (direct sales organizations). Although many people have talked about how these organizations are pyramid schemes, this particular episode focuses on other elements of how MLM organizations take advantage of people and why joining an MLM is a terrible idea.
A link to the John Oliver piece, which discusses different facets of MLMs (e.g. the pyramid scheme aspect), is located in the comments below.
