At some point when living in New Orleans, my housemates and I were asked to take care of a club DJ friend's set up while he moved house, so of course I took the opportunity to put it to 'good use'. The following mix was originally onto cassette, and the levels are a little hot, but that's the accurate document of that time. All material used in the mix was (is) from my own collection of musics.
Pilot Show for Radio Residue. Featuring tracks by Orloj Snivcu, Rajesh Mehta and Irena A Vojtech Havlovi, Ad Van Buuren, James Fulkerson and Phil Niblock, Antarctica and more. All of the recordings presented in this show were made at a Monastery in the Czech Republic by the Hermit Foundation, between 1993 and 1997.
