Quality of Mind: Realising Exponential Human Potential In Every Aspect of Life & Work. A rare opportunity for curiousity, intrigue and insight as you explore a game changing understanding of the mind
This podcast series explores a game-changing understanding of the human mind that operates ''Before Psychology'' - the Secret Source' that exponentially increases the peace, performance, and potential for any individual or organisation.đ§ Episode Summary:Leading from Your Highest Frequency: The Shift That Changes Everything - What if the secret to transformation wasnât more effort, but less?
In this conversation, Piers is joined by Carolinaâa self-described âquantum-preneurâ and lifelong system challengerâto explore what lies beyond the conventional narrative of psychological effort, productivity, and leadership. T
Drawing on examples from nature, frequency science, and lived experience, they examine what it means to lead from the inside-out, why presence is more powerful than personality, and how leadership shifts when we stop managing our minds and start tuning into a deeper field of intelligence.
Listen in to explore and unravel the deeper intelligence of frequency, presence, and felt experience.
This episode covers:
The Myth of Mental Effort: Why even brilliant, well-intentioned leaders feel trapped in a system of grind â and what opens up when we stop playing that game.
From Thinking to Feeling to Sensing: How most of what we call âfeelingâ is actually thought â and how to recalibrate to the real, felt experience beneath it.
Frequency & Flow: Youâre not âlow energy,â youâre just misaligned. The power of vibrational awareness and coherence in leadership.
Language Gets in the Way: When describing falls short, sensing takes over. Why flow, frequency, and state canât be fully explained â but they can be known.
Nature as a Teacher: What horses, babies, and âcutting the tension in the roomâ show us about energetic leadership.
Leadership as State, Not Strategy: Your presence is doing the work. How your inner aperture influences everything around you.
We Are Not Broken â Just Desensitised: You donât need fixing, you just need remembering. Reconnection, not self-improvement, is the path.
From Me to We: Why legacy isn't about doing more â itâs about being differently. The shift from personal success to embodied impact.
đ For Listeners Who:
This episode is a invitation to stop efforting and start sensing. If youâre curious about what it means to live, lead, and create from an entirely different paradigm... this oneâs for you.
